Ordered a chicken & cheese quesadilla and it didn’t come with any chicken on it at all ? didn’t notice until I was across town and when I called no one answered. There was only two ingredients so I’m confused how this got messed up.

First time costumer. First of all it’s overpriced. Also their smoothies don’t come with any protein, you gotta dish out an extra $1.20 for it. Their “smoothies” are anything but smooth, I’m crunching on ice and some of it won’t even go through the straw. Also my wrap was filled with translucent and brown/black lettuce. When it comes to smoothies just go to Smoothie king, they actually put protein in it without charging extra.

Delicious. The acai berry smoothie was big and yummy. the prices are fair. I tried the mango bacon and brie Flatbread and I loved it. also tried the pesto Flatbread it was good but has a load of sauce on it. We noticed an older crowd of customers and watched some huge muscular guy next door work out in the parking lot. first timers we will be back. I thought it was strange that even though they ask you if you want to eat there or to go, they still bring the food to you in a to go bag at your table. almost 5 star but not quite. ?
I wouldn't order here via Uber/DoorDash. They forgot my drink with my order even thought it was the first thing on the receipt? After talking with customer service I couldn't even have someone go back and get it because I needed to order again to make it worth it to the driver after paying $50 . I will not pay for someone elses mistake keep the smoothie.

On the road and heading towards Kentucky for our next adventure but had to take time to stop and fill up at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Love that flat bread chicken ranch and my strawberry smoothie. Very friendly staff.

Great food but they don't make an effort to make the receipts visible on the food bags so you end up digging thru everyone else's bags to see if its yours. Also they changed the points system, doubled the rewards needed for things. I know it's not this store's fault but maybe the suits will see this and change something
