Do not go here. They run off with card and horrible customer service. Talked to manager and she wouldn't look into guy flipping me off or running off with my card. Terrible service needs new staff and manager. Immediately.

Today was the 3rd time in a row this place got my order wrong/missing items and it's so old and annoying. The burgers+bacon are so dry and overdone every time. I have to ask them to remake my drink every time because they don't understand "no ice", they don't give sauces, it's just the worst Wendy's in Springfield and I recommend driving a few more minutes to another one

Food is always hot and fresh. Even when there is a line out to the road the wait there is never too long and the workers at the windows are always friendly. I will be returning and would highly recommend the place to anyone.
