literally had me come in for an interview, ghosted me( after assuring me that i would hear back within 48 hours), and when i called to ask about it, the manager told whoever answered the phone “ just tell her we aren’t hiring.” absolutely ridiculous. i’ve heard many bad things about this place, now i see why.

We went in after a 4.5 hour car drive to grab dinner. We waited over 30 minutes for our meal. When we received it, our burgers were cold because they were sitting up there for 10+ minutes and we did not receive our bake potato. We went up to get new burgers but it was only a refund or get new burgers, not both. When we confronted them about it, the person on front counter told us to shut up. I wish we could’ve had a different experience.

I did not receive sour cream for my potato - I don’t really crave eating a plain potato with no toppings. I wasted my money buying one. My nuggets tasted like the grease they were cooked in was extremely old. I couldn’t even finish them. They also took my order outside versus letting me go up to the regular order screen where I could see the full menu. Just overall poor service and their quality has gone way down. Probably won’t be going back there again and I used to be a pretty big Wendy’s fan.

Ordered 10 large Pattie’s and they charged me for 5 double burgers. Cost me an extra $20 to do this. All of the other locations do this. Can’t do gluten and can’t do dairy.
