Everytime I'm in the area or coming back from Walmart that's nearby I always stop at Wendy's to get a bite to eat... There's a McDonald's next door but if I had a choice to either go to Wendy's or McDonald's I would definitely go to Wendy's...Wendy's burgers are fresh never frozen burgers and more tastier by a long shot...and getting the order the way you order it McDonald's usually screws up more often...Parking: Real easy to park near a entrance...

I know that jobs get monotonous and can be overwhelming at times but grumpy is not good customer service.
Placed online order, paid in full, waited 20 minutes to go pickup, then waited 10 minutes in restaurant, they seemed confused, canceled order and went to work. Say what you want about McDonald's, but they're system works.

So the workers in the drive-through were efficient! My burger and frosty were delicious. My chicken nuggets were hot and fresh. Fries a little cold, but it’s ok.

I just went through the drive-thru. I ordered. My order was a Crispy chicken but biggie bag, no sauce, with a sweet tea, no ice. I was given the total and moved forward. After moving forward, (there were 5 cars in front of me), I realized the amount I was told didn't sound correct. So, when I got to the window, I asked if they got it as a Crispy chicken BLT. The guy very audibly HUFFED out of frustration, turned and YELLED: I need that whole meal remade. (You can't just add the stuff and fix the cost? NOTHING was handed to me at this point.) He comes back to the window, with correct amount (I'd already handed him the money). He hands me the food and says: HERE. (Hands me my food and drink-WITH ICE, and specifically said no ice). I didn't even BOTHER since he was SO rude about his mistake with the sandwich. I so not think I'll be returning to THIS store. There was ZERO reason for the attitude, as I was VERY polite about his mistake.

The worst night crew that I have ever seen give services I come her at night to get food and for the past week new night crew take almost 30 mins if not more just to hand out old food?? Makes no sense what is the wait even for then act confused when they have to fix it fast food is not hard and night crew need better

Great Wendy's! Every time I've been here I've had an amazing customer service experience and the food has always been top notch! This is definitely a destination Wendy's in the area if you enjoy a top notch Wendy's experience!!

The fries were good and crispy. The grilled chicken wrap was good. Needed a little more lettuce and ranch. Only got a taste every now and then, which made it dry.

I will NEVER return to this particular restaurant. Stopped in for lunch after shopping for trucks all day and just wanted a quick bite to eat. My friend and I ordered our food and as we waited, we watched as two more groups of people who ordered after us got their food and left as our sandwiches sat out on the counter getting cold. I finally had to ask if we could have our burgers and the lady acted like she totally forgot our order was just sitting there. The grand daddy of them all is before eating I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and was absolutely horrified when I went inside. There was diarrhea! Yep human poopoo all over the bathroom floor and the toilet, I almost vomited. I immediately went to the counter and notified staff and the lady basically fluffed me off like she didn't care and did not seem the least bit concerned. As I was walking back to our table I almost slipped on the floor. When I looked down to see what I stepped in... Well yeah you guessed it. More human feces that someone had tracked all through the dining room. At this point I completely lost my appetite and just threw away my food and left. Had to wash my shoes off in a water puddle in the parking lot prior to getting in my car. The lack of concern from the employees after notifying them of the human feces in the bathroom, as well as the dining room, was enough for me to never warrant a return visit to this establishment. The owners should be absolutely embarrassed for hiring such incompetent employees. I also notified the health department of this and I hope they follow up.
