Give me those chicken wings yummmm! The only reason I didn't give a 1 because the food was good. When I ordered for carryout it said 58 minute to 65 minutes for my order to be complete I thought well maybe they over estimate it to under promise and over deliver. That isn't the case I called so that we sent out family member in a timely fashion to only have the young lady on the phone to say it could take an hour and half. This is unexceptable, I asked then because I have ate here before if I stood at counter and ordered would it take an hour and half to get my food she said yes probably. I feel like we as people if we aren't going to get good customer service or food in a timely fashion anymore we should just quit spending our money at these places and let them go out of business. See if they feel they should do a good job on the next business venture. I say all this because it has been about a year since I ate wingstop and it never took that long before ever.....

I don't typically ever post negative reviews.But I called and let the restaurant know that half my order was missing, and there was a blatant disregard. I was kind in the conversation, as I also work in the service industry, but in letting them know what items were missing, I was told that a credit would be applied for the missing items within 3 to 10 business days. Before I could ask what that amount would be, the person taking my call hung up.When we opened the food we did get, the wings were overcooked to the point that they were almost impossible to chew. Not remotely exaggerating...We waited over an hour and a half for the order.It was only partially correct.What was seemingly correct, was mostly like chewing through leather, and is now in my trash. Spent just under $90 to feed the kids after an incredibly long day, and am currently regretting that choice.Never choosing wingstop again.

My daughter and I come to this place every time we go to Springfield.Everything is made to order and very fresh.01 Mar 2024Came here again this evening, and everything was still great!One quick note: they get EXTREMELY busy on Friday nights with online and Doordash orders. So much so that their printer sounded as if it was running continuously. If you choose to dine-in, you will likely be waiting 30 minutes to an hour! I waited for about 45 minutes (I wasn't in a hurry), and my order was still fresh.Parking: The restaurant is in a strip mall, so parking isn't a big issue.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, but those in wheelchairs may have an issue navigating to the restrooms. It looked a bit tight.

Wings the last few orders have been very dry and overcooked. Not sauced well. Purchased wings the day before the Super Bowl. Not sure if they were trying to get rid of old wings, but these were not good. Tasted off. Can't explain it, but something was wrong. We were afraid we would get sick, and didn't eat them after the first few. Won't return.

Confirmed and paid for an online order at 3:15 PM for a 6 o’clock pick up. Finally got our order at 6:25 (got there at 5:45) after multiple customers came in, ordered, and left again. DoorDash drivers seemed to take precedence. Food was average but cold, and definitely not worth the wait. First & last time at Wingstop for us.

I ordered my food and it took almost a hour for my food to get ready! I would ask when my food would be ready, it would be 5 mins but in reality 20 more mins. We came in before some people and they already got their food faster than I did. They did not order online.

Placed our order at 8:10 last night. Multiple people who came in behind us and seemingly placed an order were on their way before us. However, those could have been online pickups. 43 minutes later they still hadn’t even started on our food and ours was still 3rd in the lineup. I asked for a refund and left. The employees were nice and great when we ordered and even nice about it for the refund but no one offered an explanation why they hadn’t even started on our food after such a wait and couldn’t give an estimated time for when they would start on the food. It was our first time trying wingstop as we live an hour away. Will try again but was super disappointed. They did seem to get a LOT of orders as I was standing there waiting to speak with someone about the timeframe. Super busy location. Will try to do an online order next time.

I know the owners never read these things anymore. But I personally used to visit this location up to 5 times a week. However, over the course of my 3 years visiting, I noticed some changes occurring. It seems as though the floor of the lobby is always slick from grease now (major liability with no wet floor sign), ice will be literally piled up on the ground in front of drink dispensers, and service has become abysmally slow. The string that finally made me quit visiting Wingstop in general was having to wait an hour after my estimated time of completion (30min est. Cook time). I talked with the cohort working the register and asked if I could talk with the manager about my experience in having to wait over an hour and a half for my food in the lobby. When the associate went to talk with his manager (Noah), the manager refused to come to the front and speak with me. Instead, he sat in the back making comments such as, "Who does he think he is," and "What does he think he's entitled to?" I can understand if there would be no compensation, but there is absolutely no reason to belittle a customer right in front of their face with other customers around. Noah really could use some work on his managerial skills, and I hope that this message finds Stephanie (GM of the restaurant) well. I'm always willing to come in and discuss the issues I've faced if you are willing to hear them.

Ordered food and waited for it for an HOUR. After seeing multiple people get their food who ordered after us, I went up to ask how much longer mine had since I had been waiting so long. They then told me they lost my order, and were now out of fries. I tried explaining that I had ordered an hour ago and there were fries when we ordered, and they explained that they were no longer cooking fries. Tried asking for a refund, and the boy at the cash register could not figure out how to give me a refund. Had to call a “manager” over to figure it out and she couldn’t, so they told me they voided my payment and it should be back in 3-5 days. All after waiting an entire hour just to not get my order.

I ordered wings at 6 PM via Door Dash. At 8 PM I called to cancel as my order hadn't arrived. They said they'd refund me. After ten pm my food was delivered and I was charged. Over four hours!!! Neither Wing Stop or Door Dash will stand behind their product so I'll never do either again. Only order Wing Stop if you are ok with getting your food within a four hour period, at which point I could have done everything myself including raising the chickens. Awful.
