everyone out pizzas the HUT! After leaving pizza hut years ago when there quality was going down, i saw their superbowl ad about the $10 tastemaker and thought ...well...maybe they have redeemed themselves. NOT.EVEN.A.LITTLE. The pizza might have been edible had it arrived even slightly warm but it was colder than 3 day bare bum a** in mid February. It was stuck to the box and cold enough it was like eating leftover fridge pizza. So essentially i paid 14 bucks for half a slice of pizza and some trash can filler. Well played Pizza Yuck, well played

I LOVE THIS STORE! When I ordered my big box dinner through the app, it gave me the option for special cut instructions for each pizza. I requested my pepperoni pizza to be cut in circles and my barbecue chicken pizza to be cut ridiculously. They actually did it! Beyond my actual expectations, they did it! I was so impressed, I called the store and thanked the person who cut my pizza. Sometimes, the little things make life worth living. I haven't ordered Pizza Hut in a while, but I have had great service from this store for many years. If for nothing else, I will order again just to see what crazy requests they will fulfill.

I called in a pizza for pickup and was told it would take 30 minutes. Waited almost 50 minutes to get our pizza which is burnt almost completely on one half and the Canadian bacon was only supposed to be on half of the pizza and the other half was cheese. There's Canadian bacon on almost every piece!! I feel like this Pizza Hut is constantly understaffed and always behind. Definitely needs lots of improvement!
Probably the worst experience I've ever had with ANYTHING or ANYONE aside from Mediacom. Food will almost always take longer than it says, employees are incredibly rude, especially whoever answers the phones. Had my food held hostage one day, I placed an order for fries & wings at noon on a week day, waited an hour before I finally called, to then be greeted with one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with, only to be hung up on & left wondering where my food is. Hour 2 rolls around & I call again, only to be hung up on again. I call corporate & complain & am told that the corporate employee called to find out what was going on, only to be met by the same rude person. 3 hours later, my food arrives stone cold & the person delivering it tells me they have "no idea what was going on, they just got to their shift"

Made an order for pick up, large 2 topping and 8 piece boneless wings for $7.99 from Tmobile Tuesday app! The pizza was alright nothing to great, slightly greasy for my taste. The chicken was good and better than Domino's I have had! So that was a pleasant surprise. Overall I would try again maybe with a thin crust next time. Thank you

This location is seriously the worst pizza place I have ever dealt with. It was a huge hassle to get refunded for the pizza we never got. Again, this location sucks.
