The food was tasty are well presented; however, two visits in a row, the waitress was terrible, she took my order and NOTHING ELSES.The host seated me, took my drink order and brought my food; the waitress never checked on me a single time.When I went to leave I had not even received the check, the Host squared me away.This was the exact experience from the week prior; I used to eat here frequently and might return in 6 months.

It was an okay place to eat.I wanted the all you can eat fried chicken but was told I was going to have to wait 30 mins and this was a noon with only a few people in the restaurant.I guess I’m not having the fried chicken.My wife had a steak…..dry and she couldn’t finish it. Our dog ate well that night.I had the double cheeseburger, it was okay. it had a different taste to it. I didn’t care for it.

The Belgian Waffles with strawberry topping and whipped cream seem like such a kid's meal to order, but put it with a couple eggs, some meat, and a cup of coffee and it makes me glad I'm an adult that can't be told I can't eat that at dinner time! I know and love waffles, made probably hundreds over the decades, these send me back to childhood. Taste, texture, size and that amazing strawberry topping make it one of the best things I've eaten in Springfield. (Side note; everyone has an off day, as I've had one waffle there that wasn't perfect, so if yours isn't as I say, try another time...,worth it.

Amazing Biscuits and Gravy get an extra sausage patty. Great service, Dawnetta was very friendly checking on me regularly. If you want a good breakfast and made to feel like you're at home, Ziggies is a must. My new go-to breakfest spot!!!!!
