Small with some tables and a bar, pool table, a neighborhood stop with that Smokey bar ambiance. Menus at the table, ordering at the bar. Burgers, hot dogs, and some surprise choices on menu like hummus, falafel, chopped salad. Portions small, prices fairly reasonable, service friendly. “I was in town for the tenth anniversary of the brewery Side Project. However, I also wanted to check out the craft beer scene in St. Louis in general and read that this place served a lot of Narrow Gauge beers from their brewery next door. I got four of their beers and they were all great, especially the mild which was amazing and probably one of the best milds that I've ever had and they absolutely nailed it. It is a style that you don't often see outside of the UK either. I also got some food too. I had the chicken wings first and they were nothing special. Next I got the stuffed meatballs and they were absolutely divine. Service was good too and friendly.“

“Coltranes has always been a pretty laid back place. The place has been around since I was kid. During the day it's not real loud or anything. They have 2 pool tables and a few golfing machines. If you're looking for a place to relax, be able to talk without yelling and enjoy some food then this would definitely be a place to check out.“

“Everything is good here, service included. My grandmother always loved this place, and they serve her favorite quesadillas of all time. We come here on her birthday in February every year to honor her memory, and get the quasadias every time. I wish they'd rename them on the menu, "Renee's Quesadillas".“

There's always something interesting and fun going on, whether it's the nights best karaoke performances or just a random topic of discussion. “Nice little sports bar tucked into a strip mall. In this occasion the property people had the front of the store torn up. The entrance wasn't much to look at but worth the try. The team here was great on a really slow day. They were very attentive and friendly. The bartender and owner went out of their way to put on our game. It was great to be able to have "our game" placed on the screen at our table. The inside of the bar is large and clean. It's very attractive with a million TV's to watch. The high top tables were reasonably comfortable. The men's restroom needed some help though. My house side salad was very large. The ingredients were fresh. It had a decent amount of side vegetables. Perhaps could have used more color and appeal. The salad was very good though! I ordered the 10 piece wings in Asían Sesame sauce. The wings were pretty good size for bone in wings. They were meaty and moist and cooked perfectly. The wing was fried with a nice crisp. The sauce was plentiful but not dripping off the wing. I found the Asian taste to be very mild...maybe too mild. There was no spice or kick. Just a very smooth tasting sauce....but good!“

I gave a lower score for atmosphere because the high top chairs need replaced. I had to switch 1 out for being very wobbly, and mine had a wobble to it but I had to deal with it. “I have to say how awesome you guys are! I called in an order today for me and a co-worker. I was told 15 min was there to pick it up within 10 mins and it was ready. I have never had an issue, customer service has always been great, even when I called back in because my order was wrong. There was zero push back as I explained what happened. The lady was very surprised as to how the mix up could have happened, but nonetheless gave me no push back on the refund. I was genuinely upset that I didn't get my Chicago grinder too, its so good. I wasn't sure what I got but it had what I thought was mayo on it and I wouldn't eat it. A little while after I got off the phone my co-worker came back up to me and said she thought she had ate my sandwich. She had complained that she didn't like hers and said it had jalapeños on it. I looked at what she ate, it was my steak grinder with BELL PEPPER on it. I'm not sure why she ate almost all of it if she didn't like it, but I'm embarrassed and ashamed that I was refunded for our screw up.
