Very negative experience at St. Ann. Came inside to dine in. The three of us each had a coupon. Their Kiosk machines do not accept orders with coupons, so usually the manager/supervisor on duty would ring our order up on the drive thru register with no issues, but this evening on Saturday 5/11/24, the manager/supervisor was intentionally ignoring us. She looked at us several times. The fry cook asked us have we been waiting on and we told him no and he mentioned it to the manager/supervisor but no prevail. We waited a while and then decided to leave after 15 minutes with frustration. Unacceptable. We drove to the other facility in Berkeley, and they informed us that they cannot accept coupons inside and we had to go to the drive thru. We got back in the car and went to the drive thru only to be told we cannot do multiple orders at the drive thru. What a rigamarole.... Done with Steak N Shake. Culers has coupons, maybe we will go there from now on.

Just got home with my order. Received 2 chilli 5 ways in STYROFOAM TO GO BURGER CONTAINERS that were about HALF the portion and leaking grease everywhere. Also received regular fries instead of cheese fries. And to top it all off the food tasted horrible and was Luke warm at best. Is this location the next to close? Don’t go here regardless. ZERO STARS FOR THE ZERO GOOD EFFORT BY THE EMPLOYEES!

I ordered chili mac, fries, and a cherry coke at the drive thru. I got home and all I had was fries and a cherry coke. They main dish was missing!! Very disappointing!

I can't say anything about the atmosphere. I went to drive thru. The service was OK. They overfilled my drink and when I put the straw in...it went everywhere in the car. MESSY! The food was so greasy! The Chili Mac didn't have any taste. The whole meal was drenched in grease. Disappointment.

Went through the drive thru at 12:30pm. Miriam was very friendly and got our order exactly right , even with all the modifications we had. The food was delicious. The cooks made our food exactly as it was rang. The milkshakes were also amazing! Completely blended and generous with the goodies(: everything was perfect and was made in minutes. Didn't really have to wait at all! By far the best Steak 'n Shake drive thru experience I've had. This store is raising the bar.
