Our family enjoyed Buzzed Bull Creamery multiple times when it was located in the Streets of St. Charles. We would actually often go out of our way to stop there. Now since it has moved, we have tried to go to the new location on multiple occassions, only to find it closed for random reasons. But, this most recent time, it was 630 pm Saturday. The hours of operation say Noon - 10 pm. The doors were locked and open sign off while workers were inside. After looking straight at us, one worker literally turned her back to us when she saw us walking closer to the store window. Employees saw us and did nothing to say - we're closed because of XYZ or anything.I was excited when Buzzed Bull opened in St Louis because I had enjoyed their drinks while in Cincinnati. I only hope their hours become more regulated. This is also not the first time we have dealt with rude employees there. I do hope everything gets turned around soon. I would hate to see for another local business for reasons within their own control.
So happy to get to try Buzzed Bull at their new and improved location! The flavors are awesome and we didn't have a wait at all. I hope that they stay open for a long time!

Buzzed Bull Creamery was great! I visited this past weekend with my husband after finding out that they can make anything on the menu dairy-free! We were able to use an almond milk base and then customize it to our liking. I got chocolate ice cream with cookie dough mixed in - my favorite from before I went dairy-free that I never knew I could have again! My husband went the boozy route, getting a honey pecan bourbon ice cream with Woodford Reserve as his chosen bourbon.It was so cool to see how the ice cream was made and getting to feel "normal" at an ice cream shop!There were a ton of free board games available to play, making it even more family-friendly than other ice cream shops. We even saw a family come in to get ice cream after their child's game and stay to play a card game :)Can't wait for this summer when the weather is a bit warmer to enjoy our ice cream outside!Vegetarian options: They can make anything on the menu dairy-free! You can choose either a sorbet or almond milk base. Came here about a month ago. It was really good. A unique concept. Unfortunately came to revisit this establishment and try another flavor. Place is shut down. All the furniture and nitrogen tanks gone. Sad!

This ice cream shop is sooooo fun! They have so many different options of ice cream, milkshakes, and even to go options. The staff were so friendly despite how backed up they were. They offered BOGO free coupons for having to turn people away because they were behind and short staffed. My milkshake was so creamy and delicious. My ice cream was infused with alcohol, which is a fun concept. The artwork on the walls and games at the tables made the wait seem less than what it was. You can even watch the staff make the ice cream right in front of you!

Such good ice cream! Didn't know what to get so I landed on a Tiger Stripes small ice cream. It was made under 10 minutes for sure so I am not sure what the complaints over wait time are about (and people were ahead of us!). Nice staff, extremely clean place. The price reflects the quality and the quantity. The small is anything but. So fresh and creamy, lots of add ins but not too much. Loved it and recommending it to friends!

Really fun and interesting concept. Love the ability to have your serving of ice cream custom made to order. It does take a little time, it was about 20 minutes for us, but by the time we left, they were quoting up to an hour. The flow could also work a little better if they called out names with orders, as someone else insisted my order was hers, because she was there before me. Ended up taking my order and me ultimately taking apparently what she had ordered, which while close to what I had ordered wasn't exactly my order. In the grand scheme of things, it wasn't that big of a deal and was still awesome. We will be back.

Impressive! This could seriously challenge Häagen-Dazs as my top ice cream choice. I watched as it was meticulously prepared before my eyes. I kept it simple with the cotton candy flavor, skipping the alcohol infusion, yet the smooth texture and perfect creaminess struck the ideal balance. I'm definitely a fan now!
