We frequent this Firehouse Subs often while traveling to see our family. We have seen it at its worst and best. Today was the best. Our order taker, Berenice was so attentive and helpful and treated us like she was glad we came in. Our food was excellent and the restaurant was looking fabulous - nice and orderly and clean!
Didn't seem to happy to see us. Got our orders wrong and missing some ingredients. This was my first time ever going to a firehouse subs. I most likely won't go to this one again.

The food here is good & we love their soups but portion size leaves something to be desired at times. We ordered sandwiches & soup to go but when we got home the cups of soup were each less than half full. The sandwiches were fine & the soup that we had tasted good but there wasn't much of it. It'll be awhile before we come back here again.
