Went there with Dad, who I don't see often enough, and the burger was good-had the single bacon burger with the fries. If I'm going to be honest, I didn't get how this particular brand of food is so popular. To me, it was just a burger and fries. Nothing really special. But I wanted to try it since my card info was stolen and used to buy it. I don't think it was work the data breach honestly. Oh well. The company I had made it better. ?

Five Guys has hands down the best burgers and fries. They're incredible. I can't think of a single thing I would change about the taste of them. So, why 4/5?? The prices have gotten absolutely extreme!!! For a small burger, small fry, and bottle of soda it was over $20... I mean, that just isn't feasible for a lunch any more.I just did carry out, but I did notice the very loud music, like others added in their reviews. Why is it so loud? lol

Great food but pricy.Parking: Parking lot sucks during rush hour. Parking spots you say, pssh. If theres an open spot, people will park there no matter if there is a sign or not.

I’ve eaten Five Guys burgers on both US coasts, and I’ve been impressed with the consistently high quality of their product. And now I can say that I’ve sampled them in the Midwest, as this location can be found in the Streets of St Charles complex, just off 5th Street adjacent to Interstate 70. I had an early dinner here while on a business trip in the area during early November 2023. My burger was cooked to order and juicy, and was filled with my choice of fresh toppings. The fries were piping hot, crispy and well-seasoned. The service was not terribly friendly, but was accurate and efficient; the dining room and service area were both tidy and clean. The main downside of my experience was the price, as my burger, fries and fountain drink ended up costing me over $20 USD. I enjoyed my meal, but had to wonder if I actually received full value for the price I paid.
TURN THE RADIO DOWN. Why is it so loud? Is this place a night club without alcohol? I wouldn't eat in here, I can't stand the five minutes waiting for my to go. ITS TOO LOUD!

I ordered a milkshake online. I had never had a 5 Guy's milk shake before. I came in to pick it up. They were out of the type I ordered. :( I would have gone somewhere else if I knew they were out. I had already paid online and waited by the counter for a while before a man told me, so i didnt try to get my money back to go somewhere else, I decided to just try it without the banana. There were 2 guys walking around with cups from by the shake machine laughing. They took what ended up being my milkshake up in the back. The milkshake machine is in the front. Hopefully, the back is where they keep the bananas and strawberries. They made me nervous, disappearing with my cup to the back and eventually bringing it back to the front. The milkshake is pretty small and didn't seem to be all the way full. I wasn't impressed. I'll pick somewhere else for a milkshake next time.They were not busy when I visited. I think their open signs were turned off. They were supposed to be open another hour. There were 2 customers eating peanuts at a table and another employee cooking burgers.6 years ago: It tastes good, but it's not cheap.Parking: I didn't see any pick up spots out front. Luckily I found a spot.Kid-friendliness: Saw a kid eating peanuts with who I assume was his mom. Looked like they were enjoying a high top table and eating peanuts.I didn't look for high chairs or boosters. I saw low tables were also available.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor. I believe I saw low tables and high tables. Soda machine might be difficult to operate from a wheelchair, it was one of those free syle machines. Ordering counter might be awkward because of it's height.
