I just would like to help boost the rating of this place. Today’s service was very good and friendly. Has not always been so depending on who is serving, but most of the times it has been good. I enjoyed the ham sandwich, a change of taste for the day. They also have wifi which helped with my work. The music could be a little softer. I will keep coming if service remains good?

Drove 14 miles for a Hardee's biscuit sandwich. Crazy, I know. I came through the drive-thru and the girl who took my order sounded like she was about to take her own life. I say this not as a joke. I was generally concerned especially when I pulled around and she had a look of melancholy on her face the entire time. The man at the window was fine. He informed me they were out of fruit punch so I opted for lemonade since I don't drink soda. I paid and drove away. My lemonade was powdery lemon water. Apparently, that was out too. I give one star for the hash browns being hot. Other than that, it was a waste of time and money. Also, I work in a restaurant. I'm very understanding when it comes to staffing. You would be better off shorthanded.

My first time having the soft chicken taco. First of all the pieces of chicken were smaller than a pea! About 8 specks of chicken,totally dry and tasteless, lettuce and cheese. Lots of lettuce. Worst taco I've ever had. Especially for 3.09 each. Couldnt even eat the 2nd one . Waste of $$

Place needs to be shut down or need to hire a whole new staff. Food is never right nor fresh & every employee at this location has a bad attitude & are stoned from smoking in the parking lot before there shift. Must be nice when you’re high & only working till 3pm

Customer service extremely poor. Talking among themselves, pay next to no attention to me when I ordered my food. Got basically everything wrong. Ordered a plain hamburger- curly fries- fountain drink and a pie. Hamburger wasn't plain- bun was crunchy- got crinkle fries instead of curly. Had to ask for cup for my drink multiple times. Pie was all that was right and it wasn't very good. Cashier too busy talking on her phone and playing around to hear me.
