I never eat McDonald's. The food has not been good since the 90s. I saw the steak egg and cheese bagel was back and since that was one of my favorites when I was younger, I decided to try it. Ugh! It was dry and tasteless. Definitely not what I remember.

The wait to place my order was long. The person taking money was friendly and seemed to be trying. However the person passing out food (young African American girl) was hostile. She practically threw my food at me and ignored my friendly greeting. Food was good, fresh, hot.

Waited in the drive for 5 minutes in the drive-through and saw 4 cars pull off. Figured ok we are closer. Get to the mic/speaker and asked to wait. Ok... The line has not moved in 10 min, and as we are pulling off, the guy says "Sorry we are working on it." Naa we will go somewhere else.

Wait times continue to climb for this "fast food" chain. No one coming here for a quick bites expects to get a 5 star meal. I expect to get my food quickly, at a reasonable cost, and my hot food hot and my cold food cold.Shouldnt have to wait over 20 minutes for a happy meal for my kid and fries for myself just for the nuggets to barely be warm and fries barely cooked and greasy, while paying almost 4 dollars for (barely)fried potatoes.

Flies everywhere!! This is my last time going here. I hate that my kids even like McDonald's because none of them are like they used to be. The fish sandwich was dark, dry and cold. This location is the closest to my house, but I will drive the distance to another one!

Only 2 vehicles in the drive through. By the time I ordered, it was only me. I order a 2 cheeseburger meal with a medium sprite. I waited 13 minutes at the pickup window until I received my food. The burgers were cold and the fries were not fresh, so they were not waiting on fries to cook. Terrible experience and terrible management.

So the price of their food has gone up way to much!! As the quality of it has gone way far down. Its crazy how much you pay for a value meal now days and you can't even eat it cause it's NASTY!! Fries are never hot and the hamburger is just gross anymore.
