Called in my order. Which was a chocolate cake and a cheese cake. They said it would take 30 minutes. It takes that long to cut a cake...when I got there I could see my order sitting on the take out counter in the kitchen..the young lady who was handling take out orders was oblivious while she sipped her soda. After another 20 minutes I got my order

Location is within walking distance of a movie theater and gas station; Atmosphere is pretty classy for a plaza restaurant, and our sever Hanna suggestions for the food were absolutely amazing (*considering that one of us were gluten free*), and the food tasted not super greasy or fatty. Overall great experience and Hanna deserves a promotion or a raise.

I was in St Louis for the week on business. That Monday evening I was served by Gina. She was courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. Due to my gluten intolerance, she made sure to confirm everything I ordered was prepared accordingly.The food was delicious as usual for P.F. Chang's and served hot as expected. And Gina even gave me a voucher for an appetizer on my next visit!The best part of the whole experience came the following Sunday when I was home creating my expense report. I had inadvertently washed my receipt and had to call the restaurant. The gentleman who answered the phone was very gracious and helpful. He had a lot of patience as I tried to remember the correct day for the transaction. We spent quite a bit of time on the phone and he was pleasant the whole time. We finally figured it out and he emailed a copy of the receipt to me. Boy was I surprised when his signature line read Operating Partner!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Intolerance

Great service from our server Phil. Had drinks refills ready without asking and pleasant to talk to. Good was great! Had spicy chicken with lo mein and the hot and sour soup was top notch.

We celebrated our daughter’s 13th birthday and had the best lunch. Phil was a very attentive waiter and we always enjoy the food. Especially the pineapple coconut ice cream!Kid-friendliness: One of our favorite places to dine with our 4 kids and the restaurant is always very kid-friendly.
This was my family’s first visit to this chain and we will be back! It’s not easy to get a consensus among all 4 of us but everyone loved their food and we all shared with each other. We were seated immediately and our server was friendly and speedy! Good came out quickly and everything was seasoned well and was delicious!
I love going to PF Chang’s, the Saint Charles one specifically bc it always has great service and food that comes out fast. I went with my friends for brunch and we had an amazing time. Our server Phil was great and very welcoming. We got their lunch deal and it was very cheap and tasty. Can’t wait to go again!
