DONT GET YOUR PIZZA FROM HERE! I can understand people make mistake and mess up your order but to deal with it with a bad attitude like the customer’s fault the order is mess up that’s not acceptable

We had pizza and wings garlic bread and cinnamon bread sticks. Well let me tell you I will never eat there again. They should not even get a star that's how horrible it is.

Pizza was great. They actually put a good amount of toppings on my pizza. I truly felt I got what I paid for.
Really skimping out on the Cheese. two pizzas had very large spots of just light sauce and bread. Breadsticks had a old oil taste to them.

Ordered a large hand tossed pizza - came thin as can be and not sliced all the way through, greasy as can bePerson working the evening didn't want to hear about it said it's as ordered and the manager in the morning was saying it should have been handled the night before which I tried but they didn't want to hear itIs this the typical experience expectation for pizza hut these days, cause if so I'm not interested-- currently in the store for a remake when they said they wrote down my number for the issue yet the current manager was NOT interested in looking in the office for said info and only went to the back to talk to the other employee for him to say he hadn't heard anything --Friggin ridiculous

Ordered via the app for 2 large stuffed crust at a little after 11 AM. One super supreme half no mushrooms and a pepperoni.Called back by store within 3 min to notify me no stuffed crust (store opens at 11 why is there no crust?). Called back again and said price changed after I asked if hand tossed was cheaper and person said no. Husband arrives at store, door is locked. Call the store and get put on hold with no word I was being placed on hold. Other person comes on and says "I got you". Husband picks up pizzas, arrives home and pizza is not what I ordered - got both pepperoni instead of one SS and one pepperoni.Husband went up to return pizza and get refund. I worked for Pizza Hut for over 5 years (part of this time as a shift leader) and never would I ever pull the horrible service I got from this store. I will not be back. Hoping I get my money cause we won't be using a store credit.

Worst pizza hut pizza I have ever had. Didn't even have any tomatoe sause on it NONE ! crust wasn't done and stuck to the box . Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza but not this pizza hut.

Placed an order well before they closed and they decided it was too late to fulfill the order. Just know this location closes early, they aren't reliable and they over charge.

Pizza was excellent and prepared exactly the way I ordered and delivered on time.
Ordered curbside pick up. Had to call after waiting 15 min after our pickup time to ask someone to bring it out (couldn't go in). The wrong order was brought out. They brought it back in and never brought out our correct order. Had to call again.Once we got home, the pizza was undercooked and, instead of extra cheese like we ordered, it actually had less cheese than what would be considered normal.I called the store and the employee said they didn't know how to give a refund but would have someone call me to do it - no one ever called.Overall, a pretty bad experience from this store.

If I could leave no stars I would. Manager on duty on June 25th was so rude. I was trying to explain my problem with my food order he talked over me when I asked for a different Manager or could I have corporate number the punk hung up. I will never visit that location again.

Pizzas are always made on time and I've never had a messed up order from here. They look and taste great! Staff is always very friendly too.

Not going to lie, I was extremely skeptical ordering from here bc of the reviews but it exceeded my expectations! Everything was warm and fresh. The pizza was not overcooked, wings were great and Cinnabons were top tier. It did take a while to be cooked and on the way but I can’t blame them. I’m sure they were busy since it’s graduation day for a lot of people.The older man who delivered my food was sweet and careful with my food. Thank you sm!
