This location has been here all my life. We happen to be in St Charles a couple weeks ago and stop by there. The thing I like about this location is it has two drive-throughs one on each side of the building. I will say, they're not very organized. We were missing some items and the fries were cold even though it was late at night and we were the one that the only people there. Food wise, this location isn't my favorite, but it was my first growing up so, I gave it a try.

Food wasn't ready when Dasher arrived, which is fine, but the food was delivered cold and parts of the order were wrong. I'd rather the order be cancelled than receive poor product. Very disappointing, I was looking forward to my late dinner.

The ai ordering machine misheard our order and the people inside messed it up food was good the fries are incredible as always atmosphere was non existant it was over all mehKid-friendliness: Pretty much everything especially the chicken box

I wouldn’t come back here, for anyone reading this the people. The people working were just unresponsive and handed out my food to somebody else and refused to give me a refund. The acting manager just refused to help me out whatsoever.

BE NICE TO THESE PEOPLE. THEY BUST THEIR RUMPS TO GET YOUR FOOD TO YOU, THEY'RE UNDERSTAFFED AND OVERWORKED. But if you're nice to them, they'll treat you right. Don't always get the freshest food, but being treated like a friend there is worth that, honestly. The guys who work at night are boss mf-er's.
