I grew up in the birthplace of Sonic. I love Sonic. But this Sonic is terrible. I keep coming back in the keep messing up the order, chicken is usually dry and the people are not that friendly.It's rare that I ever do this but I contacted the regional manager and basically he didn't care. He promised on two separate occasions two refund my money which in total was over $40 and never did even after I called him to remind him almost a month later.Until they fix the staff stay away. I really don't want to say that because Sonic is absolutely one of my favorites but this is enough to kill any business I can see why they are not lasting around St Louis areaYears later it's worse...

When you get 6 corn dogs and a large tots and two regular cheese coneys they could use more than one bag . Coneys were on bottom and smashed had to scrape cheese off coney

December 9th, evening. Ordered 3 double cheese burgers, one crispy chicken sandwich. Two large fries and two small fries. When we got home right behind this store we were missing a small fry and everything was cold old cold. Worst meal we've ever gotten from here. Did not come back because we didn't feel like dealing with it. Our family will never come back to this location. It's hit and miss. Spent 40 dollars for trash..... Good luck with future sales. Hope you all get better...
My cheese burger was extra cruncy around the edges. We asked for mustard on three of our cheeseburgers didn't get. The chili cheese dogs were good.

If I could give 0 star I would. Waited 45 mins for our food. Then when we go it, it was all wrong and cold. The drinks where flat and gross. Tots were cold, and the burgers were messed up, and they didn't have our complete order. When we talked with some and to let them know what was going on and the food was cold. They told us and I quote " Well yeah, it's been 45 mins that's why it's cold" needless to say the service is trash. Don't work in the service industry if you are not willing to give good service. I asked for a refund and they told me no. They said they can make my food fresh. They brought out the right burgers the second time but they refried tots and gave us those ?. Thanks Sonic for ruining my night and making me sit outside your establishment for an hour. For cold nasty food and horrible service.

I was the only person in line there were two people working inside and one riding a scooter around the parking lot I wasn't too upset about the wait time it took 8 minutes for the food to come out I was excited and thought that meant it would be hot I got a large cony dog and tots and a chili dog none of it was warm of course I didn't figure it out until I was driving home at which point I didn't want to turn around my drive home is 3 minutes. There were no adults in the store but even kids know when food is hot or not those tots were icy I won't be back.

Attempted to go to Sonic on Wednesday last week. Arrived around 7:30 and the lights were off and it was closed. Attempted to go during lunch yesterday. I went to the drive-thru and the employee stated they were only taking online orders since he was the only employee to manage the whole restaurant, cook the food, etc. I feel sorry for him but at least he showed up.... Hire more employees. Pay more if you need to. Otherwise close down. I won't ever go back to this location. It is mind blowing that they're actually still in business. Given the staffing issues, you have to assume there are cleanliness issues as well.

They don't have enough staff to keep the store running. The drive-up stalls are all closed, because they don't have enough staff to open them, so you have to go through the drive thru. The food is way too expensive. The food was never that great to begin with, people ate here because it was cheap, but that incentive is gone, now it's just bad food that you can't afford. Your order will be wrong, or cold, because there's one employee working and they've been there for 13 hours with no break.
They don't take orders here annoy and I refuse to download their app. Just go to another sonic
