I hadn't been into this spot in a long time and it was great! I LOVE my energy teas, there are no more places near me that sell this anymore so I decided to make the trek to St. Peter's and I'm glad I did! I walked in and was automatically greeted by the owner, Candice, which was nice because there were other customers waiting in line! I really appreciated that! So great customer service! She even told me about how I could purchase Herbal Life from her and make it at home since I didn't have any near me anymore. I told her I wanted something tropical, which is always my go to flavoring! She suggested the Bahama Llama which I got and it was tasty! Very tangy at first, but good! She also suggested different flavor for the next time I come in, to try. Overall, great spot- great customer service!!!!!

Healthy plant-based shakes, snacks, and boosted teas - there are very few establishments like this is stl! Soul Nutrition is a great place to go when looking for a delicious protein shake or boosted tea with an endless list of menu options. You can choose from protein shake categories including originals, fruit lovers, candy cravers, cakes and pies, etc. You can also add in things like probiotics and fiber. Two of my favorites are the "wedding cake" and "cookies n cream" flavored protein shakes. The large list of teas includes categories like basic, boosted, and premium with enhancements including collagen and immunity boost (for an additional $3). As always, support local :)P.S. they are adding a vegan line of shakes later this year!

I walked in and said I hadn't been there before and was gluten free. The owner said most products are gluten free and helped me decide what I wanted. Wow! Easy and delicious! This is going to be my new hot spot several days a week. Great way to get your protein in especially after a workout.
