Stopped in while traveling through. Our server got double sat but still took care of everyone with grace and never neglected anyone. My wife and I had breakfast dishes and they were very good. Will be back next time we are through there.

I have eaten here 4 times and it never disappoints. This time there was a group of 9 and everyone said their food was good. It ranged from breakfast to dinner entrees.Our server Patricia was efficient and professional. She refilled drinks several times and got all orders exactly right.Highly recommend

We were visiting family in the area and ate lunch at Black Bear on 4/17/24. Lunch and service were good. We ordered 1 chocolate pie and 2 berry cobblers to go. Our bill was $71. and we left our server a $20 cash tip. The next evening when we are back home I take our pie/cobblers out of the fridge and the 2 berry are not berry but apple, no one in our family likes cooked apples. I call Black Bear and the girl that I talk to apologized and then asked for info off my receipt, my card number and my phone number. She said she would have a manager credit me for the 2 cobblers and call me back. No phone call back and as of today 4/25/24 no credit on my card. I really don’t like when people lie to you.

We always have a good experience at Black Bear Diner. The servers are friendly and efficient, the coffee and food are good, and the wait times are reasonable given how busy they can be.In terms of accessibility, the parking lot is mostly level, there is a variety of seating, including booths and armless chairs. The entrance is zero-clearance and, while the hallway to the restroom is a little narrow and runs by the kitchen, I have never had trouble navigating the space in a larger electric wheelchair.This is one of our favorite places for a breakfast out.

Legitimately blown away at the combination of high quality food and good prices. Best meatloaf I have possibly ever had. Like a Shepard's pie meat cake lol. Menu is extensive and has lots of my favorite foods for breakfast lunch and dinner. 10/10 and will be going again?
