The two blonde workers that are working March 19 at 2:19 PM were wonderful. I came in for a DoorDash order and I told them they canceled and they were very sweet about the situation 10/10.

All the boys that work here are great and very friendly!! But the girl I just encountered was a complete jerk. She was rude, short and looked very bothered to be working. She was even rude to the delivery driver who came to pick up an order. I almost asked her, “are u always this miserable?” But I just grabbed my food and left. Also I would say with 90% certainty she rang in my order and pocketed the cash becuz the transaction showed cancelled on the swipe screen, I had to ask for my total and she then tells me it was 7.44 and I replied, how’s that possible?? “Oooh I mean 17.44 she quickly says! Exactly becuz the total wasn’t on her screen anymore or something! Idk I just know she doesn’t need to be in any customer service position with that attitude!!

I went to this subway today in the evening and there was a kid who apparently was the only employee in the building working and as I pulled up it looked like he had his girlfriend in the building sitting at a table. After he saw that I was there he locked the door, turned off the open sign and made her a sandwich. I called and asked if they were open and i could see him through the window making a scene about having to answer the phone. Very disappointed.

TLDR: I had the best customer experience here.I have never gone to this subway, just out and about and decided to try the buy 1 get 1 free if purchased on app. I couldn't fine the right code and just submitted one sandwich, but noted something in the comments. They called me right up and helped me through it to get the special!Can't tell you how above and beyond my expectations this was!

Refused to give me my subs or my money back because the online was suppose to send it to a location in arnold but it was sent there apparently couldn't cancel the order was told the owner would call me back never did 2 days later and a 1 hr drive I was told they already made and threw out the subs I never received 2 days ago so I can't get my money back even tho I said I would not be there because of error online even tho I called to cancel it because I live a hour away why would I order that far away the owner obviously a terrible person , thief and shouldn't be aloud to own a subway and I hope karma treats him like he treats everyone else and I will be sure to call corporate

They always say they are closed in the middle of the day and you can’t make online orders.

If you like rude service, this is the place to go. I am only person in there, get a foot long club and a bag of chips, 13.00 and they don't even say thank you. I even told them, you could of said Thank You and the the response was Ok from line manager, If that is the service they want to give, Ok, but I will not be going back, to many other businesses that appreciate your business. I do not recommend this rude place

Sign on the door says they aren’t honoring any subway coupons. So boycotting obviously. Soon as I saw that I turned around and spent my money somewhere else. Our community cannot afford to tolerate this behavior.
