I had been shopping all day and I gave a really bad back so I wasn’t able to cook at home. So I thought I’d whip into Wendy’s. So I order my entire family of 4 some burgers. I ordered my 4 cheese burgers with no?mayonaise! I even went through each cheese burgers , telling them must instead. With French Fries , 2 sodas, and two freezes , one Chaco late, one orange dream sickle. mmy order came to be approximately $48 and change. We drive directly home from Cave Springs to Charlestowne for n St Charles. Got home, se the table , handed the burgers out and what not so my huge disappointment there was Mayonnaise on every single burger ! Now if you’re like me, when you don’t like Mayonnaise, just the sight and smell ? of it is discusTING ! I HATE MAYONNAISE ! Everyone in my family that nks it’s disgusting , so right there was $50 down the drain because I’m not going to drive all the way back up there at 9 pm! So I call the store on Muege which is the store location of were I went to.. and no one would answer and there was no leaving a message because it doesn’t let you so here I am making hotdogs on a Tuesday night W macaroni and cheese, because every thing else I had was frozen and trust me no one is happy at this point! I knew I should’ve gone to Culver’s! I’m going to continue to call and I will be going back up there in the morning and u want my $60 back or there going to get more then a bad review! What happened to the good old days when people took pride in their work or company. I know we take pride in our company which is why we have a 98.6 % google rating! If you don’t take pride in your work then don’t work there or fire them! Including Managment because ultimately it’s on them. Everything be have a blessed evening. I’m have it in my right mind to o leave my phone number so maybe they could call me! Ya right! I’m will never go back!

It’s been hard to find a good a good Wendy’s in the St. Louis region time to time you can really find one and this is one of those. I made sure I stopped off and got myself a nice classic Wendy’s, burger and fries. Everything was delicious and I enjoyed my stay. The service and the cleanliness of the restaurant was top-notch.

My large Chili was low on meàt and beans and mainly sauce. I even asked to stir and scoop from bottom. The single and double we had were tasty. Fries not that hot. I was hoping for better, like last visit.

Just purchased my order today on my lunch break! I was surprised with a moldy infested potato and expired sour cream to go with the moldy potato! All customer service could do was give me a refund! No explanation given for moldy food. Making a report to all possible agencies! This is so unacceptable! All food should be checked prior to handing the customer their order. As soon as I opened the container for the potato, there was an obvious foul smell coming from the food. I feel this food was intentionally given to me wrongfully! There is no way the employees could not smell or see the obvious expired food items! I’m sick to my stomach and obviously watching for exposure to mold!
