Every time I come b here my food tastes great but the only problems I consistently run into at this location are how long it takes to get through their drive through line. And I could understand if it happened every now and then but I actually can't think of a time, well any time recently at all that I was not sitting in the line for an obserd amount of time. Many times just sitting at the order menu waiting fir someone to even just welcome me, and usually when they finally do acknowledge your there they tell you to again hold on for how ever long. I've actually left multiple times because I had waited for well over 20 minutes and still never even got yo give my order. This is especially bad at night! And the even more messed up part is there can be no cars or maybe 1 or 2 cars and your still just waiting. Then the other issue is they have been giving me like half of my order or sometimes it's just totally incorrect. But when they do get it right and qhen they do actually answer the order box thing lol It's great because I do enjoy their food.

Our meal was fresh hot and delicious! Unfortunately the soda machine has almost no choices available (with no diet selection available) and when you ask for a employee to fill your soda (since you can't do it yourself due to the lack of restocking of the machine) you have to tolerate the feeling of you are imposing and inconveniencing the worker as they roll their eyes and reluctantly fill the drink.

I waited 15 minutes for an online order of 10 cheese castles, no pickle + a BAG of onion rings. The cashier tried telling me they didn't have my order, the manager looked at the screen and asked "Brenda?" Yes sir! They DID have my order. After food was bagged up I asked for 10 ketchups - they told me I could have 6 that management has limited them to 6 per order for orders of ANY SIZE.The 6 people seated where I was waiting came to the counter and asked for salt, ketchup & ranch - no limit put on them. The manager "wanna be" needs to provide customers their requests - especially after knowing how long I waited. DO BETTER

This particular location when it comes to night shift doesn't give hot food...lately everytime I go through drive thru at 5:00am or 6:00 am the food is barely warm and they are not busy there should be smoke coming off those
