Bad customer service I make a order in the lady in the window, she make a mistake in my order and I told her you make a mistake of my order and she doesn’t wanna give me a refund for it. Does my opinion on it

I keep coming back :) editI have been a customer service professional in St Joseph for the last decade and it's just really disappointing to be on the receiving end of bad service, when you know how important it is to treat people whether they come to your establishment once or every day, like you appreciate their businessI come here like once a week and was upset tonight when I realized that instead of my food that I ordered they gave me a tortilla with cheese on it in a box and I mean the order total was $44 I did get my two burritos but the rest of it was not correct I don't even think they gave me a receipt but when I came back and called just to get my $6 item I was simply told NO and I just my feelings are hurt by that because it's pretty ridiculous. Maybe the order taker could repeat the order back to the customer before finalizing the order. That is just asking to make an error that.creates un happy customers. This was like my favorite place and the girl was so unwilling to help me that I'll probably never.come back.

Delicious every time. I try something new + the street tacos when I go... I've never been disappointed. Keep in mind the portions are large and filling.
These tacos are worth waiting in line for as long as it takes! Love it!!

Wish your parking lot was larger.It sure would make it easier to get in and out!!Parking: Hard to get out of parking lot. No room to get out, after you pick up food.
Great food and a Great atmosphere. Everything on the menu is good and authentic. Their soup is one of the best and their carne asada burrito is excellent.

It was taco Tuesday and the drive thru line was really long but thought it would be worth the wait. Ordered cheese quesadilla and 2 orders of beef taco for taco Tuesday. When I got home had 5 chicken tacos and 4 taquitos with beans and rice and 3 taquitos in another container. It was not a good dinner and I paid to much with a tip, not a very good night will not go there for some time!!

Overall, fantastic food as always. My one real issue is I've been to several abelardos locations in Omaha nebraska and for the same price, the burritos are always 2-3 times the size of what we got in st jo today. The birria tacos were great. The california burrito is a go to. I just really think if the burritos are gonna be that much smaller than their sister locations, then they shouldn't be the same price.

I love this place. They have the best tamale. I do not eat out much, but when I do, I love getting number 24 and a tamale. There are more than this one location, and I first ate ate the ones in Lanexa Kansas. Still, while they are all good. I can not figure out why the taste of Saint Joseph's is best. I've been thinking that even lunch today should include a tamale. Thanks, magnifico!Vegetarian options: Just ask for no meat.Parking: Open space parkingKid-friendliness: Sure, nothing to hinder kids. It's a take out or drive up service, no tables to eat at.Wheelchair accessibility: Big open doors and ramp, but please, it's easier to just order from the car window at the drive up.
