Me and my family had the best time ever here over the weekend. We ordered the loaded fries and they were delicious. My kids had so much fun in the arcade and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I love that there’s something for everyone. We’re going to make this a tradition.

If I could give zero stars I would. We had our child’s birthday here and to say the least I was embarrassed for myself in choosing this place. For starters it was in January when there was negative degree temperatures outside but it was also extremely chilly in the building. Children and my guests complained about how cold it was. When this was voiced to our designated party attendant by myself and multiple guests she had an attitude and wanted to argue about it. I had to tell our attendant when we were ready to start bowling even though she had a timeline set. Every time our two lanes went down we had to go up to the counter and wait for someone to reset it so the kids didn’t even get a full hour due to that. Fast forward to cake time with our child…. I had requested to our attendant prior to this to speak with a manager about our experience but she apparently didn’t want that to happen. Instead she proceeded to want to argue in which I told her I did not and that I would just speak to a manager but that still wasn’t getting through. So I indulged in the argument and listed multiple things and left it at that. It wasn’t until I went to settle the remaining amount of our bill that the manager wanted to speak but it turned into an argument. On the feedback form that they provided at the start of the party I requested that a manager contact me. Well a month later no one has responded and I’ve tried multiple times with failed attempts for anyone to reach out. I was willing to look past this experience but the unprofessional manner we experienced ruined my child’s party because I had to delegate everything to our party attendant and the way she and the manager wanted to argue.

Every pool table was missing at least one ball. Half the arcade machines are broken and when I tried to bring attention to the employees I was told a manager would be right over multiple times and no one came. Pitiful I used to love this place.

My family of 4 came here for a little outing this evening. There were not too many people in any part of the facility yet when we arrived. We decided to do an hour of bowling & to get some food for dinner. My opinion overall of staff is less than enthusiastic; just no smiles or engagement of any kind really. I went to the Gamer Grill to order our food within about 10 minutes of arriving hoping it would be out within 25 minutes to give us time to eat as we finished our hour. Time passed, our hour was up, & we still hadn't seen our food, or seen anyone else get food, so we went to the grill to see about it. The girl behind the bar apologized & said the grill had gotten backed up & that it would be another 10 mins & said we could pick a table. It ended up being a full hour before we finally received our food. My husband & I both got the Wildfire Burger & our boys got kids meals. I will say that everything tasted pretty good, but our burgers were significantly smaller than the buns & for $14 that is unacceptable. *see photo* I also want to add that not a single table had napkins on it & no napkins nearby. As we were walking to our vehicle we overheard other customers also complaining about their wait for food & after reading other recent reviews I'd say management needs to really put some focus on re-training & ensuring staff actually moves like their customers' time & money matter. We spent over $100 here & we prefer to support local, but experiences like this make us not want to return.

Was disappointed in our first and last experience today. First and foremost the customer service department was extremely lacking. I stood over by concession for a good 5 minutes and nobody even came over to help me. So I sent my fiance over who also stood around for about 5 minutes before anyone even said a single word to him. We couldn't find anybody to help us so we went to the self-service kiosk. I failed to see the screen where it says that they don't give change so through my own fault I spent 100.00 on 3 different cards. Again this was my fault however there was nobody around to help us so we kind of had to figure things out on our own. Later in our visit we discovered that when you purchase the cards through the grill you can get a meal with each card 30.00 or more. Which we would have found out had there been anyone around to help us. We were unapologetically informed too bad for us. There's nowhere really to sit and still be able to keep a close eye on the kids so we spent the whole time awkwardly standing. Also a lot of the games were out of order. It would have been nice to see a single smiling helpful face in the entire place however we did not get anything anywhere close to that. For those reasons we will not be returning and were very disappointed in our experience.

Our family of 4 went on a weeknight & opted for the All Access Pass which included unlimited play in the arcade, laser tag & bowling for $18.95 each. There were some limitations on arcade play but they were reasonable restrictions & we had fun playing the games.We ate at the restaurant Gamers Grill & the food wasn't great but wasn't awful either. Our appetizer came out just before our meals did & it took longer than it should've but they did give us a discount & we didn't have to ask or argue for it. Even with the discount, it was still more than it should've been.Laser tag was freakin AWESOME & was by far our favorite part of the night! Bowling was ok as well. Overall, it was a pretty expensive evening but what saved the day was the staff. Everyone was super helpful & extremely accommodating! They were knowledgeable & really friendly all evening long! Next time we'll be sticking to laser tag only but we'll for sure be back soon!

So I’ve been coming here a couple times a week for the last two months and every time I come in the customer service is lacking. EVERY time I come in somebody is trying to stop me from bowling for whatever reason. They’re very inattentive if somebody they know is bowling, just kinda leave the desk there with no one to help. Renting a lane for an hour shouldn’t be a hassle or something you get shamed for but it has been several times that I’ve been treated in that manner. Perk up a little :)

We've been here multiple times. Last visit was just for arcade. We enjoy the games offered. Prices for games are a little higher than I would like. You do get bonus credits on your card for loading your card with certain dollar amounts. That's nice. There were multiple games down when we went, we have been looking foward to the massive claw machine but it's still down. I know it's been down for atleast a year. We did do bowling and laser tag on previous visits. Both are nice.
