My husband stopped there to use the restroom and get some fries. An employee, a young guy with a red facial hair said “ Hey you have to buy something before you can use the restroom. My husband said I will when I get done. The employee said no you can’t you have to order something first before you can use the bathroom. My husband is a 63 years old veteran with bladder issues. How rude, inconsiderate ato force someone to urinate in the parking lot! How humiliating! I will never stop there again!!

This is from a local celebrity in the st joseph area on Facebook "Gonna rant for a minute, went to south belt Burger King on Sunday. Pulled in just to use the rest room. Went in and noticed there is a code on the door. No biggie Kansas city has this at several places to. I went to ask the front counter for the code. That's when the Circus started. Some kid at the front counter started to give it to me. Then he said "you're going to have to buy something" I then said ok no worries I will purchase a drink or something when I come out. He then says nope you have to buy something first. I honestly had no issue with buying something I needed to go to the bathroom pretty bad or I wouldn't have stopped. He said buy something first and I will give you the code. I got pretty up set I said this is why your place always looks closed its ridiculous! I didn't argue anymore. I just left and went to Taco Johns down the way and went in and used the rest room and then come out and bought something just to be thankful for the treatment received. I don't know what is going on but we have to do better. Kids need jobs yes but some don't deserve to even flip burgers." this was on face book from a local celebrity in our area.

This is the worst experience I've had yet. 1st- window guy acted stoned. 2nd -they forgot my onion rings so reversed back to window. No apology, in fact not a word was said. 3rd-window guy, with his clean hands, went and scooped them himself. Nice Serve Safe practice. I get home and said onion rings went in the trash. They were the oldest, nastiest rings I've EVER HAD! (Pic included). And my fries were old and half "full". In other words, 12 fries to a small.

Of all these cups in here they couldn't make a chocolate shake!! Absolutely ridiculous to me and when I asked I was told "I didn't make the truck order" No compromise option nothing!! My bag of food also sitting getting cold while we wait for onion rings!!

Workers need to be trained on customer service doesn't matter how long you have to wait if the people are nice and the food is hot. We were made to pull forward and park I thought we were waiting because we had two double quarter meals.....Guess we were waiting on something else because our food was luke warm at best and person who brought it out damn near threw it in the window at me. Definately not my first choice!

I got pulled forward to wait for my order. After waiting 10 minutes, I realized something wasn't right. I called the manager. They didn't even start making my order. I asked for a refund. The manager came out and started laughing. I understand this is a big corporation and you don't need one individual's business. But you guys have got to do better this is unacceptable.

Employees were friendly and food was good. I got an ice cream cone and the guy who made it was excited to make it, because he said he makes the best ones. And he made a magnificent ice cream cone, indeed. Great job.

Burger King is failing as a brand. Even when we dine in and the food is cold. Stale buns and no pickles. Flame broiled meat? No way. The only flame in the store is the lighter to light somebody's weed pipe. Strong smell of weed at the front of store and at the garbage bins. The drinks taste like old moldy garden hoses. Not recommended at all.

All ice machine are broken. out of certain flavors on the pop machine. The pop comes out of the machine warm so it’s not good without ice. My whopper was OK. Not quite on point. The guy running register did not inform me they did not have ice.
