This was my go to coffee shop since it opened in Saint Joseph. However over the last year poor management and a string of inept employees has literally left a bad taste in my mouth. The coffee now tastes like instant. There is no longer any chocolate, and forget about ordering something that is not black coffee, because even reading the recipes seems difficult for this store’s employees. I have recently visited other stores and they all were up to Caribou standards. This one however is not worth stopping at. Try the Starbucks across the street for something that doesn’t taste as much like dirt.

I love Caribou Coffee and always stop by when I'm in the area since they don't have locations in Chicago-land. No matter what kind of coffee I get, it's always good. The breakfast sandwiches are also very good. The staff is friendly and the environment is very cozy.Dietary restrictions: Alternative milk available

I'm giving 5 stars because this is one of the few consistent coffee places in St Joe. I've literally never been disappointed in any product I've gotten here. The drive thru is always efficient. Love this place.

I’ve been struggling with how to rate this because I love Caribou. I always stop by in the morning on the way to work to grab coffee and food. But for some reason the last couple of months there’s been something wrong with the drinks. I don’t think the recipe has changed, so I think it’s the way they’re being made. For example, today I picked up a hot campfire mocha. It lacked flavor and was extremely watery. There was no whip or marshmallow. This is the fourth drink in a row I’ve thrown out because it’s too watery. I don’t want my money back. I just want non watery coffee.
