Ate there this evening. Excellent service. One of our food items was slightly delayed. The manager came out, informed us of the small delay and provided a financial discount, which honestly was not needed. Very impressed with the customer service and management.

Today we had a day of family. I live in mission ks, my sisters live in blue springs mo, and Hiawatha. The later with my beautiful mother. I and my wife were a little late to the meeting but we were greeted with enthusiasm and happiness. All went well with food service and hospitality. Thank you so much for everything.
Grandmas food was cold and i felt sick eating and the manager was extremely rude and my food was chewy, I do not recommend. Go somewhere else and don't eat here.

Food is Awesome and the Pain killer drink holds up to it's name and very good.
Didn't get waited on at firstWe had to flag a girl down. Really nice girl. I think her name was lillia. Young with dark hair. Anyway she was very nice. Took our order n got our food out super quick.The herb chicken was delicious.

The food was wonderful, staff was incredibly nice and experienced. The prices were also below I would have expected them to be for the quality and quantity of food. Just a wonderful experience. Wish we had a Cheddar's closer to home.

The food and service was really good. We will definitely be back.
We ordered our drinks and appetizer and then when we went to order our entrees I was informed they did not have what I ordered. I wasn’t real hungry so I just settled for my appetizer. My wife ordered a salad and soup. They brought her salad and said that we would have to wait on the soup since they had to make more. Our server then told us that the manager was taking care of our bill because of the problems we endured while we were there. Amazing customer service! I gave 4 stars because of them being out of what I ordered and I heard them tell another customer that they were out of the side that he ordered. Even though we had great service I gave them 4 stars for service due to seeing at least 3 employees with their phone in their hands, plus one server spilled a cart on the floor and then just stood there and did nothing saying “I don’t know what to do.” After a few minutes our server started cleaning it up and the girl that made the mess was nowhere around.

Cheddar’s has the VERY BEST Monte Cristo sandwich, and I have been ordering that every time I go there or order take out. However, I was craving chicken fried steak a few days ago, so I ordered that while dining in. OH MY GOODNESS!!! BEST CHICKEN FRIED STEAK EVER!!!! I highly recommend Cheddar’s. Oh, and the honey butter croissants are to die for!
