Food was pretty good. Service was good. Our waiter was a bit flaky, but was very polite and was an overall nice guy. Dining atmosphere was cozy, as the restaurant has maintained its original booths and has an airlock to prevent cold air coming inside when customers enter or exit. Not a bad choice on a cold night.

Food was great. I don't like the pay portal things at every table. It seems like self check out at Walmart. Also the table where we sat had an annoying noise coming thru the wall. We were told it was the ice tea machine. REALLY! That's some loud ice tea. Let's get that fixed or insulate the wall better. A little annoying. Had the 12 chicken wings. That was amazing!!?

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever experienced at a restaurant. The server never brought out our app..he came to the table to say the messed up my husband's meal and was remaking it. I asked about the app at that time..he then brought out the wrong app. He took it back. Our food came out and it was wrong! Not one time did he return and check on us. We had our drinks at the edge of the table because we wanted another one. I could not even finish our food. The server at the section next to us saw we had a problem. I told her we were just going to pay our check and leave. The manager THEN came out..she was very condescending when I explained the issue. We told her we didn't want anything. She returned with some $10 coupons that we gave to the guests at the front door when we left. It's really bad when the manager says she wasn't aware of the problem...but I heard our server tell her we were canceling the app because we did get it as she was at the expo! We will not return..

We got to flag our server down to get refills; therefore, we might go back for the food.Parking: Plenty of parking, but the food is great; therefore, parking could fill up fast at meal time.Kid-friendliness: No guarantees, but I didn't see or hear anything child-scarring on my visit.

My anniversary 15 years married we decided to try out chili's. Sticky tables 30min wait time to get water when they wasnt busy and to top it all off food poisoning. Yeah bad time spent the next 3 days sick on our anniversary weekend.
