The place was dirty and disgusting trash over flowing in the trash cans tables were dirty it just looks like no one wants or takes the responsibility for cleaning up the food was over priced and tasted terrible for what I paid for it

My roommate went to pick up Chipotle, I got a text after 8pm stating the workers were very rude, I paid about $14 for a bowl, that is empty. I am very disappointed with this Chipotle, not the first time the workers were rude to the customers and gave less than what is required for a bowl. There has been decent bowls, but paying for a bowl that is empty on top of rude workers won’t have people coming back again to that specific Chipotle. I love Chipotle, but workers and bowls like that make me want to find a different spot to eat at. My roommate stated she was very uncomfortable the entire time while the workers were being rude, she felt like she could not speak up and request more of the food that they shorted out on, the bowls are not supposed to be filled halfway, nobody wants to pays $13 for a empty bowl and rude workers. Very disappointed with that certain Chipotle and the workers working that night. She did not want to write a review, but not writing a review and voicing the issues then the problems like this will continue to happen. Will not be going back to that Chipotle and giving them money again.

Ordered in the mobile app. Said food would be ready at 5:10. Showed up at 5:11 food wasn't ready. Got my food at 5:15 so that wasn't bad. Got home the bowls weren't even half full. I even ordered double meat on mine. Then I took my first bite and the food was cold. My wife's bowl was the same way as well as my sons burrito. Worst Chipotle experience ever

Hadn't been to a Chipotle in quite a while but decided to give it a go. I got a bowl with chicken, black beans, rice, and all the other good stuff. Portions are much smaller than they used to be so that was a little frustrating. Then the cost of one bowl was almost $15. Hey, I know their chicken meat is super special...but I won't be back until I get a raise.
Food has always been great here, highly recommend it as the food is always fresh.

Food is good as always. Got to keep on the employees to ensure you get your fair share of food when they are making it. Tables are always dirty, I don't care for the way the food line is designed running behind you when you are eating. It would be nice I the wall wall higher to get the privacy barrier while you're eating.

confused how this is extra chicken? about 5 pieces in there. it’s not hard to give people what they’re paying extra for. happens about 90% of the time when we order. there are spoons for portions and somehow employees still can’t get it right. don’t understand

I ordered a meat burrito...i opened it up to make sure it did not have peppers etc. On it..it had white rice and a little beans...no seasoning to speak of..blan..and 4 pieces of meat on top ...only 4..for the price its a rip off..will not go back.. I rather go to a local mex. Restraunt..get more and better for same price.. Go to BARBOSA'S...
