Country cookies is a long-time St. Joseph business that's expanded into the Kansas City area. The cookies are always tasty and fresh, and they offer a wide variety of flavors. My favorite are the Sprinkled Sugar cookies, which I order in batch and freeze so I always have them on hand. The employees are kind and are ready to help when asked. The icing on today's batch was a little more careless than usual. Overall, Country Cookies offers a really good product at a good price.

The staff are always the friendliest and very helpful. Their store is always clean and smells so good! Their cookies are yummy too! This lil cookie shoppe is the best in town, they sell dozen cookies for around $13 or $14 I believe, and sometimes you can get a dozen of day old cookies pretty cheap like half price. Don't quote me exactly on those prices but it was a really good deal and their competition up north doesn't hold a candle to Country Cookie, not in quality, taste and especially not in value. They are 5 times the price.

I don't remember what gas station it was but we were somewhere in or near St Joseph. I tried the carrot cake and banana bread. OMG. The best I've ever tasted. The carrot cake was so light and rich. The icing is creamy and delicious and I hate icing. Great job on both. Wow

I get my husbands birthday cookie cake here and he always loves it. I call in to order becuase theyll let me get it in peanut butter, online you can only order choc chip or sugar. This year they also cut it into a heart shape for me. ?
