Wow. I had to pull over & wait with 6 other cars & didn't get the gluten-free bun with my chicken sandwich. Kinda hard to eat that with my bare hands in my car. Plus the bun is part of the meal. I actually only go to Culver's because they offer good gluten-free buns. Wish I had gotten that. While ordering I was told I could't order a small fry. They don't sell small orders of fries except as part of a meal. I was forced to buy a not very fresh medium fry and the bun was missing, plus at least 10-15 minute wait. I ended up hungry later but since I can't eat wheat I couldn't just grab other food. I hope this is an exception & not how things are done daily. The kids who were bringing out bags of food were hustling, I'll give you credit for that.

They forgot my chicken sandwhich and they still charged me for it. Atleast the food is good. They do take responsibility for their actions which you don't see alot.

I visit a lot. It is a hot and miss I'd the person taking the order is listening or not. Most of the time, the wait is not too bad, but lately, it has been as long as 25 - 30 minutes.
