Ordered online... called in to see if it went through. Guy said yes, but it will be an hour. I said fine I would go shop. Checked back in an hour. Oh, it'll be another hour. Told him I wasn't happy, hung up. Who runs their business like that? N Belt St Joseph, MO location. Avoid at all cost..

I know...it's a Dominos. Years ago they were trash pizza you ordered after a night of bar hopping and binge drinking. They are so much better now and no I have not been drinking. You can't beat the specials. The thin crust is crispy and good. They have tons of options. It warms up perfect...none of that grossness like pizza Shoppe when its warmed up. I mean it is no culinary break through, but for the price it's great. We typically get carry out from this particular location. That is where this place absolutely shines. Every staff member that I've dealt with there have been very polite and immediately addressed me after I entered. They always ask about cheese and peppers. Just an exceptional staff. Far superior than what I've seen in this area from actual wait staff. Kudos.

Thin crust ham and onion pizza. Cheese bread. Both were full of flavor and exactly as ordered! Price was reasonable. Delivery took a long time so neither were hot, but both were good! Will definitely order from this Dominos again!

I called North belt Dominos to see where my order was because many times we have ordered and they have delivered it to our neighbors.. when I asked for the store manager he began to yell at me and degrade me telling me I am “too lazy” to come pick up my order I can wait and deal with the delivery. He was beyond disrespectful. I have never been treated that way ever

Ordered a thin crust pizza- light cheese- heavy sauce. The pizza showed up destroyed. I indicated to the GM- only to identify the driver (not racist as he was nice as a taller, African American gentleman). He cut me off/ played the race card, and got ignorant. Please see my pizza. When I asked the driver about leaving a tip he said, “we’re good”. Would you eat this pizza from this store? The GM said, “I make $65,000 a year”, what is the relevance. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE”.

Ordered pizza today 7/29/23 toss crust all the meats onions greens peppers and original sauce and let me tell you what DAMN soooo freaking GOOD!!!! And the cheese cheese bread and excellent, too! Thank you Dominoes!!!!! And delivery was excellent!!!! Thank you again!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!! ??????

They gave our god to the wrong room, told me sorry. They remade the food and still took another 45 minutes to bring us that order. They offered nothing but a sorry and was short with me the whole time. I’m not happy at all.

The guy literally grabbed my Italian sandwich with his bare hands. Not sanitary at all plus when you order anything extra on a sandwich they don’t put it on there like double meat and double cheese. So they’re lazy, unsanitary, and they still customers money by doing that.

Your manager was rude: 2223 N Belt Hwy, St Joseph, MO 64506.Your Domino's app charged me for the pizza but didn't send me a receipt, finish the order, or email me a receipt. I called American Express & they said it went through. Your manager was rude & refused to text or email me a receipt since this is a work expense. I also legally need a receipt since I'm a pharmaceutical rep & this is monitored by the Sunshine Act.I had to cancel the order because of his refusal of sending me a receipt. Receipt sending is standard practice with any order I've placed & have 12 yrs experience. I do Virtual lunches so I'm not physically present but on Zoom. His only suggestion was that I drive 1 hour there & 1 hour back to pick up the receipt.This is outragious and unprofessional. Please have corporate fix this glitch.
