Great sub sandwich(es). We were first time goodsense visitors. The bread was super soft (even after being toasted), fresh cut meats, and fresh veggies. It was a busy location but that didn't effect the customer service. All around great experience!!

Ordered lunch but it was about 40 minutes late. When I called out there the first time I was told it had left the building. After waiting 25 minutes I called again, I was then informed it had just been sitting there and had not been sent out.

Between 6-7 late teens were working when my son and I arrived about 6pm. They were all so distracted by each other's joking around they could not keep our order straight. I repeated the order on 3 separate occasions, face to face. The napkins were empty and when I asked for napkins I was handed 3. I asked for more since my son is 7 and kinda messy like most his age. The guy handed me 1 more. I asked for 6 more and he seriously just walked away from the counter! Our toasted sandwiches were cold in the middle and while we ate we had to listen to the employees play their videos while sitting in booths close to us.

Very dirty inside. Most tables were dirty. Chips crushed on middle of lobby floor. No customers were seated. No condiments in the condiment station except napkins. Put wrong chips in my bag and when I pointed out one of the chips should be something else, she looked at the receipt and said "oh crap, you're right". Sandwich was made incorrectly. Very disappointing because this used to be a nice store.
High school kids were killing it. Albeit they seemed stressed out, the food was ... Amazing. And I can't stand subway we were hungry from out of state and I loved it

I'm a trucker and messed my foot up. I was sitting right behind there store waiting to get unloaded at a job site right down the road. I had no way to walk over because of my foot. So I called and asked if they could walk it out to me. She was more then happy to help and even took a few moments to talk to me when she brought it to me. Such a great experience. Thank you so much for looking out for a trucker and showing you're appreciation!!!!
