Had to wait for awhile for initial service. Once our order was finally taken, we had to wait way too long to get our food. The order was totally wrong. One of the things ordered was 6 scrambled eggs.. yes my boyfriend loves scrambled eggs. When his order arrived, he had 2 fried eggs.. very runny yet almost burned on the underneath side. When i told the pseudo Manager it was supposed to be 6 scrambled eggs.. he informed me that his cook was "overwhelmed", and the rest were coming..5 mins later, we received what looked like 2 more eggs.. scrambled. I had an omelet and it was brown on the outside and the inside. I only ate half of it as it was rubbery due to being overcooked. They never checked to see if we needed anything during our meal and the girl that waited on us was a whole other story. We walked out paying $43 for the worst meal I've ever had there. The restaurant had people at 1 other table when we arrived.. this was around 5pm. I will not go back. This is the second time we've had issues there.. tried to give them a second chance. I'm done going there.

Went in and was seated, brought drinks out and said "i'm gonna let you look at the menu for a couple minutes" and never came back. Waited about 30 minutes before leaving as another waitress continued to pass us and talk to the table next to us.

It’s been over a year since we’ve been to ihop, my wife and I decided it would be nice to get some Saturday breakfast…was not expecting just all of this. We were sat and drinks were taken, order was shortly after that, but it just took 45 min for our food to get out to us. The wrong food. Kindly send it back, you know, accidents happen, we have all been in food service before, then my wife finally gets her crepe, and it looks like this. This is $14.50, literally this is like an hours worth of pay for this crepe. We ask our waitress if this has always been like this and she said that corporate is here in the kitchen. Ah! Makes sense now how it took 45 min to get out to us. Our waitress says that she is going to get her manager and then walks away. My wife and I are like “okay, cool, corporate is here I would like to show them this crepe and then a picture of their menu, bc this is false advertising” but then no manager comes out, just our waitress. She says that they took 20% off of our bill, so I think they knew they messed up. We just laughed at this point, there’s nothing else to do???Ihop used to be AWESOME, back in highschool we would always come here after football games and go eat and it was always a lot of food, super cheap, and great service, but now with the new management, it’s just really fallen short. It’s a bummer because it used to be a really nice place to eat. I recommend Waffle House now bc at least all the staff is nice, cheaper food, and it’s super fast.

Ugh. This was actually such a sad experience, ihop just isn’t the same as it was a few years ago. Me and my husband decided to come eat at ihop this morning and tbh it was the worst experience I’ve had eating out in a while. It took about 40 mins for our food to come out, which we tried to be understanding but when the food came out it was the wrong order. When they corrected the order what came out next was even sadder (see picture below). When i asked the server about the portion size she stated that corporate was in the kitchen cooking today. Which also explains why it took 40 minutes. When she said she would get her manager the manager never came to our table and just took 20% off our order and she said it was for the “inconvenience”. Which to me wasn’t even comparable to what we went through ?.

Me and my group waited 30 minutes after having our drink orders taken and still had not received our drinks or even seen our server. When we decided to leave however we saw multiple employees celebrating in full view of the dining hall. I would have appreciated if the employees said they would have difficulty serving us however no effort was made to even speak with our party.

This was a major disappointment. The place smelled like human waste in the dining room. I don't know how you can mess up eggs and pancakes, but they did. Do

Sunday morning, total of 8 tables in establishment, waited for 5 minutes to be greeted, waited 10 minutes to have order taken, and 30 minutes later I left without food nor consideration. Will not go back unless I have absolutely no other choice and I’m starved to death.

Forgot to add cheese to my eggs, and the French toast is too thick, more bread than egg.

The bread on my boyfriend's sandwich was stale, the food was overly salty, the silverware was dirty and the waitress was snippy and inattentive.
