Good food every time I come here! Service was horrible today! The girl that took my order, Kaylie (on receipt) was just rude from the moment I walked in the door. This is probably the worst group of people I’ve had since coming here. Usually it’s great, today everyone was on something and just rude. I was the ONLY one in there!

Got 2 subs off menu, employees obviously are new and don't know what goes on the subs in general, so when I got home (I live out of town) I noticed they where just bread and meat. Why advertise select menu items that have the associated toppings that go with them but then never put them on...

Staff seemed distracted and ignored my question. I was one of two customers in the building and the other customer answered my question when the staff wouldn't. The food was good, but the potato salad container was small to begin with. Since it was half full, it was just about three bites for almost $3. It was good, but I wouldn't get it again due to the tiny portion.

Two other people and I stopped by for something to eat in the middle of a roadtrip, as we are not from here! The sandwich was fresh and delicious! The service was quick and the staff was friendly. The place was clean, including the bathroom! Thank you so much!Vegetarian options: There is a Veggie sandwich, which is what I ordered.

Tonight was the second and last time I try and eat here. The lobby had multiple people inside eating. My family and I walked up and opened the door to be greeted by an employee who left from behind the counter to tell us we can't eat in the lobby. She said they did not enough people to serve us in the lobby. This makes no sense considering as we were walking back to out car 2 men walked inside and sat down with the other people inside.This has happened to us twice at this location. Don't eat here, folks. Not family friendly, and they do not want your business.100% no-go in Saint Joe!

Should rethink your whole employee structure. No delivery. No lobby. Drive thru only. When your whole structure is wrapped around delivery. You need to deliver when open. A little snow should not stop you. Period.

I love that Jimmy John's is one of the last places you can order delivery from without paying all the extra door dash prices added to the food items. But multiple times they don't have a delivery driver. Which ok I get but they shouldn't be able to take order's for delivery then. So 30 mins later I'm calling to find out about my order, no driver and now I have to wait days for a refund of what they've already charged. I can only imagine how upset I'd be if I was actually on my last buck. I REALLY hope they rig up the website to not take order's if they have no driver, or hire alot more drives so it's not an issue. Also I'm literally less then 2 blocks from them I just can't leave work.

Twice this week I came here and experienced poor service. The first time, I arrived one hour before closing, and the employees had all their food packed up and put away, as if ready to close. Because of this, the wait time was about 15 minutes for one sandwich. Today, this location was fully staffed, one cashier and three sandwich workers. Upon arriving at the drive thru, I was forewarned by the clerk that the wait time would be at least 10 minutes. I’m not sure why the wait was so long-there weren’t a lot of customers and seemingly plenty of staff, albeit the staff were extremely unenthusiastic and slow. I don’t need positive attitudes for a good meal experience, but when it affects job performance, I think it matters. Overall, this location might want to reconsider its slogan.
