Little Caesars needs to either dump door dash as their delivery service or figure out how to hold them accountable in order to provide better customer service! After waiting an hour and a half for food that was ordered through the little Caesars app but supposed to be delivered through door dash I finally called to inquire. The driver, Brian T, who in the mean time had driven to the store, avenue city, back to the store, then headed up lovers Lane, then back to the belt, and proceeds in the wrong direction and finally messages saying that we should just request a refund after the extended wait time. Then it's a run around between Little Ceasars and Door dash to get a refund which according to door dash will take 10 days? Why would one think it would be faster than the delivery time? Little Ceasars billed my card before fixing it! Dinner finally arrived from Pizza Hut at 8:30 last night whom I'll definitely use again next time I need delivery!

They always have my order ready quick and it's always good. The Detroit style is my fav for the crispy edges and great chew of the crust! Atmosphere is carry out only and really busy, but that's what I expect.

Called to order over the phone. Customer service was not a strong point. So I went online. And wow way better option. The kiosk helped me get my order and items easier. The food looked good. And tasted good. Exactly what I paid for. My only complaints Parking is tight and very busy at times. And the younger staff need some training in Customer care. Other than that not bad. Will try again. Online fastest way to get quick orders in.Parking: Just an odd shape. And busy at times parking is a bit tight. And bit crazy at times.

The app doesn't have all promo's, so I ordered through the store, the order was under the wrong name. Only half of my pizza had full cheese, the other half had an excess of sauce (not ordered that way).
