i go to this location at 11:30 at night. i’m the only car on the lot and order 3 items one of which is a mcchicken i did not receive. i call back and nobody answers the phone, over the course of 20-30 minutes i call 10 times until i finally get an answer. i try to explain i had a mobile order and didn’t receive the mcchicken and she says there wasn’t an order for one, even tho i can see my order on my phone. i ask why they didn’t answer the phone for that long and she says “i don’t have to explain anything to u”. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! i’ll have to call corporate tomorrow in order to have anything done about this.

I used to really enjoy the food. But in the past few years it's really gone down hill steadily getting worse also charging over $10.00 for the value meals. Come on go back to descent food. Shame that people won't stick together and put a stop to this kind of thing!!!
