This has got to be the worst McDonald’s in town. Every time I come here I never get helped at the counter and have to use the kiosk. Waited for my drink at the counter for 15 minutes before my friend came over and asked the lady to help me. The lady looked back at me multiple times and saw me standing there and there was only 2 orders on the screen besides my friend and I. The workers are rude too and I just wouldn’t even go through the trouble of coming here when there’s a better McDonald’s 5 minutes away on 169

First thing I noticed was there were several alarms/timers going off when I walked in. It continued for the entire time I was there, about 15 mins. I placed my order. While waiting for my food, I noticed there were employees personal snacks & drinks laying on the counter. Not a single person I saw was wearing a hair net. Most had long hair that was pulled in a ponytail pretty sure it’s required to at very least wear a hat. Finally noticed that the back area was disorganized & dirty. There were no straws out by the fountain machine & only a handful of lids left. No condiments available. From the lobby I could see 3 people working hard to serve everyone (1 in drive thru, 1 on grill, 1 bagging food) Another 3 employees seemed to just be chit chatting in the back. I overheard one of them loudly complaining about customers. The fries were bagged & cold before I received my order. Was not impressed. I felt bad for the the 3 employees trying to get the food out. Need better management & and at stricter standard of cleanliness.

Service is a little slow first time I was there with my Dad. Took me 20 minutes to get my food, while being there 3-4 people in here. I think there could be a helping hand or two in there kitchen.

Update: Kelly the manager took care of me and i have never had another problem here and i go often! Thabk you Kelly for being amazing!!!Horrible customer service and got cussed out by a p3rson who said they were the Mgr refused to give me my online breakfast order at 1020 because said it's lunch...refused to give me a number to contact someone higher up said not his problem and he told me to f off and hung up on me...I go there several times a week I will not be back and will be calling someone higher or be there in person tomorrow..rude btw his name was Gage..extremely rude!!!

Order wrong, and fries sub par. Spend 10 dollars for just a tomato and mayo bread and a peice of chicken. Call to inquire and they are low key rude like I was the one to inconvenience THEM. tell them I'm not being rude and then they just stop talking. Professional.

Redeemed my points for a free cheeseburger. Then I waited 10 minutes. Never received my cheeseburger when a bag was brought to the counter I asked the manager if it was a cheeseburger and she replied, "it's no. 247," I never received a receipt or number. I just left. What a dump!
