Did a to go order. Called to let them know we were at a spot . Waited about 10 minutes and called to double check it was coming out. The girl said I’ll go check, but then hung up. We had to go inside. It took 30 minutes past the supposed to be ready time to get the food. By then it seemed kind of cold. We were offered no extra anything nor any compensation for the order taking so long. All we got was sorry, I thought it went out already. Will be a very long time before we try to order this way again. Normally inside is great and the other curbside order I did was great. Not this time sadly for $86 worth of food!

Went in tonight and had the waiter tell us our meals were pushed back due to a bigger table coming in. Food came out and was barely warm. I had the crab legs and they dont taste good when they sit for 5 minutes before coming out to the table. Wife had all you can eat shrimp. They were cold. Plates were warm so guessing they were sitting at a warmer for awhile. Waiter only stopped by a few times and we even had to flag others down to get stuff. Spent 70 plus on dinner and didnt hardly eat any of it. This is the second time its been like this.

it was the worst place that we have eaten at in long time we ordered our steaks we ordered well done when we got them they were still mooing at us we wanted our steaks redone the waitress was rude asked for the Manger they never showed up to pay for what we ate $70.00 for a salad and a very small lobster tail they should have left it in the ocean to grow it was 4 bites gone my wife didn't get a chance to eat her the waitress grabbed her plate and she started to take mine and I told her to leave my plate alone my wife asked for her plate back she just turned around and walked off with it so for $70 we got 2 salad one very small lobster tail and basket of biscuits will never go to another red lobster again Texas Roadhouse Is The Place to get a real steak the way you want itParking: Very limited spots for parking

Establishment was not busy. Restroom smelled bad and was dirty. Waited 19 minutes to get waited on. Ordered lobster duo with baked potatoe and salad with coffee to drink. Got biscuits and coffee without silverware. Salad was not served prior to main course as is customary. All food arrived at same time and without silverware. Coffee was my only drink and it was empty. Waitress had an attitude when I stated I preferred my salad prior to main course. Coffee remained empty until my meal was finished. High end restaurants with high end prices are expected to have proper etiquette, good customer service, and clean restrooms. Again this was not rush hour.

This spot is in dismal condition, surpassing expectations for both its undesirable location and the unclean environment inside. Not to mention, the restaurant lacks flexibility in allowing any modifications to orders, even straightforward substitutions like exchanging a Maine lobster tail for a Caribbean one or swapping beef for chicken at the same price. Definitely not planning a return visit!
Everything was wonderful. The only complaint I would have is that it is almost $4.00 for a soda and we didn't even get refills.

We ate Valentine’s Day at the St Joe Missouri Red Lobster for lunch food was excellent and staff are the best group of people. I left my left over to go box they were really great about getting it for me when I ran back in! Food was cooked to perfection! We eat almost all of our special occasions here! Highly recommend! I have read some of these reviews I don’t get like I said we eat here special occasions and sometimes in between and have never ever had any bad food tea or service. Our times have always been good

We went to Red Lobster for our 37th anniversary and we were seated right away and our waitress said she would be right back but never came back and we finally got up and left! They certainly was not busy by any measure at 1:30 pm on a Thursday. Couldn’t tell you about the food or the drinks we never got to order.
