Food and drinks were good. BUT what isn’t good is the fact I ordered food for my employees and the lady at the drive through window took it upon herself to fat shame me because I ordered a lot of food she said “I sure hope you have help with all that food” what a disgusting thing to say to someone. Teach your employees that if they don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything.

As for the coffee, you either love it or you don't. The staff is friendly, but sometimes mobile orders take longer than they should at this location. I will say I've never had a drink come out wrong. But also, Starbucks is actively working to prevent its workers from unionizing, sooooo...Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian items, and vegan milk options.Dietary restrictions: Lots of dairy replacements available.Parking: Kind of hard to get into, the proximity to the Faraon/Belt intersection doesn't help. Some limited parking with spots around the back. In general it's more of a online pickup/drive through situation.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap spots near entrance, handicap table, and wheelchair accessible bathroom.

DO NOT ORDER MOBILE HERE. you can place and order and it will take 30-40 mins and they wont uograde your drink or give you compensation at all. If it is going to take that long they need to update the time on the app and say it will take that long. Ridiculous. Then to see an employee make their own drink, are you kidding me. Full staff but cranking out orders every 5 mins.

This is part of a Facebook post my friend wrote about thiis establishment. She is very graceful about her feelings. I however am not. This is grounds for termination. This is bullying and toxic and NOT ok!"Today, I got my first Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season at Starbucks. When I go through the drive thru, I always hold a coffee mug out my window and ask the barista to set their paper cup in my mug, and I explain that it makes it easier for me. I don't go into specifics or explain my disability, and they're always very kind and oblige.Today, the guy at the window started giggling when I held out the cup. He didn't speak to me, just kept giggling and put his cup in my mug. I thanked him and put my foot back on the wheel to drive away and he started SHRIEKING with laughter. I am sure the car behind me and all of their customers heard him.I am giving him the benefit of the doubt and will assume he didn't know I was disabled and thought this was some funny stunt."

There was a long wait because one of the espresso machines was broken which is understandable. But they were giving preferential treatment to the drive thru customers and serving them much faster while we had to stand around waiting for much longer. Also the drive thru lady was very pleasant and friendly to everyone who went through her line while the inside people just put our drinks on the counter and walked away. I realize things happen to make things go south on any given day but this staff was showing off all their shortcomings to the customers who had to stand there long enough to be a captive audience.

By far, the best Starbucks in town!Parking: Only about 6 parking spots in front, but most people do drive thru at this Starbucks. There is additional parking in adjacent lot.

It's a Starbucks, so you know what you're getting in terms of food and drinks. I ordered a pretty simple cold brew this visit and was happy with the drink!Service was friendly, but extremely slow for a Friday afternoon considering they weren't that busy. If visiting, I'd plan for extra time if going through the drive through, plus the difficulty in getting in/out of this location due to the busy road.
