One of the workers was fussing about online orders. Kept fussing about to many orders coming thru online. They was very rude and got my order wrong. I call to see what can be done and she told me I don't know what you want me to do but I can't do nothing about it. Then hung up on me. I'll never go there again. If I could give them no stars I would. Worst customer service ever

Best subway ever, they are always so polite and friendly. I have never had one issue with them, and they are by far the best subway I’ve ever been too.

I had an encounter with the manager of the negative sort because they would not take $100 bill cash I just thought that it was shameful that they were in business and wouldn’t take the country currency. It angered the manager so much and me I was not nice but angered them so much that they stopped in the middle of making my sandwich and put left it with meat and cheese that’s it. None of the garnish no other toppings. It was dry, and it was awful. I will say that it was the best Subway bread that I had ever had. It was soft and it was fresh. That was a definite five the rest of the experience if I could give it less than one I would.

Sandwiches are twice as much as they were a few years ago for less quantity and quality. Had to order from a touchscreen in the drive thru and both sandwiches were still screwed up. Bread hard as a rock, very poorly made, couldn't even pick them up without covering yourself in condiments. Subway has gone way down hill and this location is terrible.

Service non-existent. I could not get the screen to work right so I pushed the button for assistance. They could not take my order and said I have to do it on the screen. Guess what, I didn't have to at all. I just drove my VW right on through.Just pure laziness.Sidenote...I was the only customer in line and saw no customers inside. Emphasis on "was." I will not be a customer.

Stopped in to try one of the new churro's recently added to the menu and I also added a glass of water. My total was double what I expected. They tried to charge me $2.50 for a glass of water. I never got to the churro. Subway, you lost my business. I will not be back. What a joke!

There is a drive through that you make your order. ( That is cool). However the price that you are given on the board does not include tax and it is not posted anywhere that your tax is not included. So when I drove up to the window and was quoted another price, I asked, "was tax not included on the board?" the employee was a little snazzy by saying, "Yeah tax was not charged" like I was suppose to know that. It made me question if I wanted to ever go back. Never had this problem at no other Subway.

not like it once was where you could feed a family for cheap now it's almost 30 dollars for 2 subs it's like they forgot who they was and that honestly the quality of the place has went down

The sandwich didn't even have meat on half the sandwich. Ask the worker. Her reply was to add more for a Xtra charge. I refuse the sandwich. Shame on them, I was not paying $14 to eat bread. The whole chain has truly went down hill.
