I placed an order at 630 pm and the estimated delivery time was 45 min. I received a text saying the order would be late and delivered around 736. I waited at my door til 8pm. I finally called and he sort of blew me off. Said the order was sitting there and that I could come get it because the delivery driver never showed up. They didn't have the decency to even let me know. Then, he said he can't refund it and that I would have to go on the app for.the refund. I was unable to find anywhere on the app to request a refund. So now I'll have to make a trip up there tomorrow and hopefully get my money back.Meanwhile me and three of my coworkers now don't have lunch and our breaks are over.

There are better places to go and get food. Wings sauce are ok. The manager could have done better taking the order.2 dined in. Both orders were wrong, 6 people working and horse play were allowed. There are too many in a small kitchen. It had glass windows, and they put it all on display the goofiness and all. Just a poor taste and teen atmosphere, not suitable for dine in or older folks looking to try on a night out.Parking: If wheel chair order from the phone or app and then have it delivered.

They don’t care about service. My takeout order came out and sat on the rack for 5-10minutes while they screwed around. Had multiple people waiting for subpar food. Won’t be back.

We had WingStop for the first time last night. It was amazing. We live about 20 min from the location, the food was still warm and wonderful when I got it home. My kids are picky and they all loved it. The cajun fried corn on the cob slices and my new favorite. We had a variety of wings bone-in and boneless and all of it was wonderful. They were busy, but still took my large order and had it out quickly.Kid-friendliness: Kid approved wings and fries! My kids loved it

They didn’t drain the grease. Me and my boyfriend’s wing were sitting in a puddle of grease. Also it was super salty.

Moderately recommend! (Although not sure why the quality of the chicken has gone down lately--idk if it's the oil or how regularly it's changed, maybe its the quality of the chicken the company is buying--but it's not as good as it used to be). Still recommend, not highly, but still enjoyable! Staff is always kind, fries are on point always.

Messed my order up twice. First time i notice after driving across town to go home. Was shorted about 15 wings initially. I drive back across town to wait even longer for them to make my wings. They dont wanna make it right with me i guess. I get home the second time and im missing my veggies. Wont be back.
We order take out all the time on the app. The order is always ready before the time it says on the app and when I walk in my order is ready and hot. It has not ever been wrong.

Wing stop is great food this review is not about them it's about DoorDash out first order was picked up then when it was supposed to be ordered canceled they automatically did a new order after waitng about 20 minutes cancelled again we called wing stop they said the order was picked up over a hour ago and was most likely stolen after being on hold for 30 minutes we got to a real person on DoorDash she said she can't help us and they can send someone else and WE cancelled the order which is not true and gave us a new driver keep in mind we have waited over 2 hours for this food and still not delivered. They charged my card everytime they cancelled and reinstated a order which happend multiple times
