I ordered through DoorDash and was very disappointed in my food. I only live a mile away and my mashed potatoes were cold and they were supposed to be garlic mashed potatoes and there wasn't any garlic. My prime rib dipper was cold. The only that I didn't have to heat up was my au jus. Very disappointed in the food.

For an Applebee's, it is fine, better than average. Just typical food and atmosphere. I am forced to come here sometimes but it's good enough to keep coming back LOL.
Went there Saturday night and the manager informed us the wait was going to be 45 minutes, but also said don't worry we will work to get you a table faster. 20 minutes later we had our table and our food. Thank you for everyone who worked Saturday night and taking care of us.

The host looked like she walked in off the street, baggy jeans and a dingy oversized tee shirt, no table pagers so guest are piled at the door for 40 minutes waiting for a table. The food comes and each dish is disgusting. I stopped eating at this chain for years and started back, it's just this location food and service needs improvement bad.
