I had my first ever gyro. It was amazing in flavor and amount of food. It was slow by the time we arrived (around 8 pm) so there really wasn't a good representation of the normal atmosphere, I'm assuming. The owner came and visited with our table. That's rare to see any more.

A lot of people seem to take out from here rather than eat in so it’s always quiet with fast service if you would choose to dine in. The food is always very good as well.

Had never had Greek food before and it was amazing. Light and refreshing and filling. Our server was extremely helpful even with all of the dumb questions I had asked. 10/10 would visit often if I lived closer!

I came here for an authentic gyro and it didn't disappoint.I like mine with just the meat and pita bread, cut right off a spit.I will definitely be back again, the staff was attentive and courteous.5 star lunch!!Stop in if you're close by, it is worth a visit!!

A nice family owned, casual,Greek restaurant. The food was really good and reasonably priced. Our service, whom, I believe was the owner was very nice. Disappointing that there were only a few tables taken or 6:30 on a weeknight. More folks need to try this restaurant! Very central South City location. The only minor complaint is that I wish the pita on the gyro had been warm, not cold. I'll just ask next time. Very good otherwise.

Friday Feb 2, 2024 dinner for two 5pm. Appetizer shrimp saganoki, always good with pita bread. Next Greek salad , followed by lamb chops rice and veggies and 16 oz ribeye cooked perfectly medium rare. Finished the night with homemade pecan pie. Service is always excellent. And atmosphere very quiet and relaxing.

Tikanis. My first time there. Food originally authentic, they rocked it out very fast, appetizer took like six minutes, had our meal in less than fifteen minutes. They actually speak Greek. Superb place to eat at and they had clean restrooms. Will be going back indubitably. Kali mera, efcharisto!!!!!!Vegetarian options: There are a lot of vegetarian dishes in Greek food. Eggplant, spinach and cheese, salads and more.
Overall good experience! The food was solid--we were very content with it and enjoyed the Greek salad and gyro pizza! Friendly service too! Fun environment to stop in for. Get extra meat on the Greek salad
