It was really empty which made it feel awkward. Food was good. The staff was not overly friendly but not rude either. I was disappointed with the chocolate ice cream though. It just lacked flavor.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free was labeled so o had to ask but the server knowledgeable.

Service was friendly and we were seated immediately around 7PM (not busy) but after receiving drinks it took a while before we saw our server again to place our dinner order. Appetizer came promptly but four burgers took over an hour to arrive due to a bun shortage. This kind of thing happens, but we weren't asked for alternate bun options until the hour had passed... Other tables left. Food was acceptable but not worth the money and definitely not worth the wait.

Great food. I had the spicy Hawaiian and highly recommend for a sweet and spicy combo. Their homemade ice cream and sorbet were a huge hit for parents and the kids.

Went here specially for the vegan menu that they had advertised for the whole month of March. We asked the host if it was still going on and he said yes and he seated us. We then proceeded to wait 15 minutes without any server or anyone even bringing water and watched as those seated around us after us was helped. I finally asked a server for the vegan options and she said that they were no longer offering them. Very disappointing experience all around.

Have tried several times. Service is always friendly but painfully slow from start to finish no matter how full the dining room is. Would benefit from counter service rather than table service. Food is decent but way overpriced for what it is and definitely not worth the wait. The main back dining area is incredibly echoey with loud music; desperately needs something to absorb the noise. We've also ordered carry out a few times and have found our orders to be incorrect once we're home. Overall disappointing and not worth it, which is unfortunate since it's so close to home :/

Really enjoyed everything about Baileys !! Close to my home, I stopped in for 1st time yesterday with a co-worker for a quick bite a cold drink. Absolutely love the set up. Looks tonbe an old auto repair shop maybe, with alot of the original buildings concrete floors, garage type doors, etc preserved. And ohhh my, the food was delicious! Burger on pretzel bread with onion and sauce, hesitant but so glad I chose it. Cooked just to order and served by an ever pleasant and helpful waitress named Anna. She was a doll and made the visit that much more enjoyable. Hats of the owners for utilizing this building in such a unique way and for helping with the revitalization of the neighborhood. So good, went back today for the Boozy Dreamsicle shake:)Wheelchair accessibility: Open seating inside and out fully accessible

This is wildly unfortunate as Baileys Range has been a longstanding favorite of mine in the St. Louis area.We recently tried this location after moving back to St. Louis and learning the downtown location had shut down. The first time was in the late afternoon on a weekday, and we were turned away due to the dishwasher being worked on. Not really a big deal, so we decided to try again another day. This afternoon, at 2:00pm on a Tuesday with maybe a few others in the restaurant we walked right up to the empty bar to sit down for lunch. We bypassed the unattended host stand as we have done countless times at literally every single restaurant with bar seating with no issue. When there’s a host present, we simply inform them that we are just sitting at the bar so there’s no need to sit us at a table. As we were sitting at the bar, Sabrina handed us menus with zero greeting and asked us “are you staying, are you going to be indoors or outdoors?” A rather confusing question for someone nestled into a bar seat with clear intentions. Confused by her question, she then rudely informed us that we were supposed to wait to be seated. My girlfriend who was sitting next to me immediately apologized as we didn’t realize that it applied to bar seating. Sabrina then rudely responded with “well I’m the only one in here, so…” and then walked away to passive aggressively adjust the already very visible sign.We seriously hope that things improve so we can one day return to what was once our go to impromptu date spot.
