The waiters at the restaurant displayed a shocking lack of competence and customer service. Despite taking orders for starters to desserts, they completely botched the sequence of serving, bringing out entrees before the soup. When I pointed out the mistake, they were apologetic but showed a blatant disregard for fixing it, insisting on charging me for the incorrect order. To add insult to injury, they not only failed to pack the food for takeout but also had the audacity to charge me for the returned items. This experience was a complete disaster, leaving a sour taste in my mouth and highlighting the restaurant's utter lack of professionalism and care for their customers.

Basil India makes some of the most flavorful Indian food I've had in recent memory. Every dish I've tried is bursting with flavor, and is served temperature-hot, and spicy-hot (if you please). Vegan options are few, but those they do have are excellent. The wait staff are friendly and attentive.Yet I don't enjoy hanging out in the restaurant. It is too brightly lit (at certain tables, you feel spotlighted), the furniture is not comfortable, and, worst of all, it is loud. You will hear clamor from the kitchen, the loud banter of other diners, and music that is turned up too high. I enjoy the food immensely, but when I dine in, I want to eat as quickly as possible so I can get out of there. It's not relaxing. If Basil India can fix the ambiance, five stars all the way! In the meantime, I will keep ordering the incomparably zesty Vegan Tikka Masala for takeout.Vegetarian options: Vegan Tikka Masala is amazingly flavorful. Lotus Seed Thai Curry is a close second.
Very tasty curries with some Thai dishes as well. Everything was excellent and great service and

Overall loved the Indo Chinese food options and the lady staffs were so welcoming ☺️ I tried the tried Tangra style chilli paneer (which is same as dry chilli paneer as appetiser), potato sliders (vada pav) and garlic paratha which were too good. Will definitely visit again to try more options.

Only Indian place where you get mugged legally. The place cooks some of its items that tastes delicious. Rest is usual pretty average in taste. My biggest disappointed ones from relatively small portion in comparison to the rest of the industry. I order a few items a paratha, a curry, and a noodle that coated us $50 but wasn’t enough to feed two of us. Never order that paratha, it’s hard and unworthy of your money. Their Hakka noodles are good. However, I wouldn’t go there just for that. For $50, I can get enough food for 4 at any other Indian Restaurant. So, it’s a no go for me. This place needs a change.
Delicious food!
