Absolutely the worst. Young management without any accountability and crude responses after I asked for a refund. The refund was requested because I waited over 30 minutes for my to go order. I watched countless people who ordered after me, come in, get served to go and to dine in. I first complained at the 20 min mark after being told initially that it would be 7-10 mins. I was advised then, just a few more minutes. I watch more people who came in after me get set served. At the 30 minute mark, I asked for a refund. The staff was like, but it's done now, while still boxing it. The young manager was only concerned about product being wasted, and never apologized, but blamed me. Then told me I could never come back. I will be seeking out the owner of this establishment to complain, because this is beyond just bad service. And to think I tipped on the front end for a togo service and got treated like that.

Only one person ahead of us and it took over 40 minutes for an omelette and toast- which gave me food poisoning. Place looks nice until you look up and see the dust. Why the hell is the hostess also making drinks? What is going on in this place?

Visiting from the Twin Cities and was lucky to find Blondies! Great food and service! I had the salmon bagel and was happily surprised that it was build-your-own. They gave a perfect amount of cream cheese for my bagel which is rare. Tried one of my moms pancakes and it was genuinely some of the best I’ve had! My latte was great too. Definitely will stop back if I’m ever in STL again.

Over an hour wait for 2 items. I understand short staffing, but this is ridiculous and I felt bad for the 2 girls working. Ended up having to ask for a refund and left..... They had not started my food yet. They need more help, and to work with more of a sense of urgency, which is key in a restaurant!

The atmosphere is great but you need 3hrs to spend. We didn't get hour food for about an hour ?. Had to box it up and go. Service is less than OK. This is my experience

Popped in for coffee and a quick bite. What a lovely place. Bright and airy with comfortable seating. The service was fantastic. I had the 3 popover basket with Sunflower seed pesto & cream cheese and a cup of rich black coffee. Just what I needed to start my day and head over to City Museum.

The food and coffee were good, but the service was quite slow and they forgot to give us silverware even after bringing our food.

This is the first time I have ever left a review on Yelp. I've also been in the restaurant industry for 7 years, 4 specifically as a server. We came in with a group of 10, all separate checks. Usually when they automatically add a 20% gratuity, they inform you of that at the beginning. Since we were all separate checks, we didn't think that would even be a problem. Once we got our tabs, they seemed unreasonably high, but we all paid in cash and still tipped 20%. After we gave her our money, she told us that gratuity was already included and she ended up with a 40% tip. Ended up paying $100 on a $60 bill, which is outrageous. Just beware if you go in with a large group, you won't be informed of the automatic gratuity. We should've asked more questions, but again being in the restaurant industry ourselves, we didn't want to cause further issues.

When I came, they messed up my order and it took 30 minutes for my food to come out. I am extremely disappointed.

Perfectly fine. Roasted red pepper soup was pretty oily but flavor was good. Roast beef half sandwich was kind of sad -- thin lil slice of roast beef and barely any horseradish mayo. Service was good, ambience was good.

Really enjoy this place -- great atmosphere with huge windows, indoor couches along with regular seating, and an outdoor patio. Came for breakfast. Popovers HUGE with tasty spreads. Breakfast Sammie on point and also huge. Great value. Service amazing efficient and FRIENDLY!!!! Four flavors of mimosas to choose from. I'd definitely recommend and come back. Also the negative review confused me -- black particles in water???? I took a pic just confirm water fresh and CLEAR also nothing tastes like vinegar

I had the biscuits and gravy... they were good at first but the more you eat them the saltier they become. My friends fruit tasted like vinegar and her wrap took at least 45 minutes to come out. The pancakes were good though most came out burnt. Also found an onion in pancakes. Also there was a dangling piece of hair on the ceiling, and there were black and white particles in the water.
