Bubblecup is one of a handful of bubble tea shops located in the Central West End. They offer a variety of dairy and non-dairy based flavored teas, slushes and snow cones. I ordered the Classic Taro Milk Tea (25% sweetness) with boba topping. It was absolutely delicious! The subtle flavor and reduced sweetness made it taste more like a refreshment than a dessert. There are a few considerations when choosing Bubblecup. First, due to its location in the Central West End, street parking nearby may not be available. Second, their seating area is limited to a few 2-top tables and a breakfast bar. Finally, Bubblecup does not serve food or snacks. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and look forward to my next visit.

I have tried every boba shop in st. louis and this is BY FAR the best. They have so many options and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I believe it was just an off day for them, but unfortunately, the boba we had didn't taste great. I usually wouldn't complain, but it was diluted with too little ice and served warm. The establishment itself has a lot of potential and the staff were friendly. It's just a shame that the drink experience was disappointing.
