Hadn't been to Charlie Gitto's for years. We met some friends there on Sunday since most of The Hill is closed. The food was amazing and surprised me. I didn't remember it being that great. Our server didn't have a sense of humor and was the only downside of our visit.

Had a wonderful time here! We came for our anniversary dinner again this year. Once again did not disappoint! Everything was spaced out perfectly and the timing of the food was fast and delicious! Also wanted to give a shot out for the workers for handling a situation very calming. I will be back again next year!

Charlie Gitto’s on the Hill provided an excellent dining experience for our work dinner. The ambiance was inviting and sophisticated, with tasteful dim lighting creating a cozy atmosphere. The cocktails were handcrafted, delicious, and served promptly. Tim, our waiter, provided EXCEPTIONAL service throughout the evening. His wine recommendations were superb, and he managed our multiple orders with precision. He was knowledgeable, charismatic, and professional. The menu items were outstanding, with each dish exceeding our expectations. I recommend the toasted ravioli, the scallops, and the spaghetti and meatballs. I look forward to returning for another great dining experience!

Charlie Gitto’s certainly lived up to its reputation! Amazing dining experience checking all the boxes for myself and family.Pro’s: Chef depends and salutes the flavors of the food and absolutely does not depend on salt to bridge any lack of talent. Bar service and staff reflect similar passion and standards. Appreciated seeing new and exciting dishes to explore while foundational Italian dishes like their classic lasagna is phenomenal.Con’s: You will want to plan a ahead for reservations and parking.Hard to leave room for dessert but you will want to…trust me!! Not sure if that is a “con” but felt obliged to try.Salute!!

We had the most embarrassing and terrible experience at this place. We bought a $200 gift card for our in-law's Anniversary. They wouldn't accept or even attempt to look up the gift card. The waiter was rude, the food is mediocre. My in-law family has been coming for decades and said WE WILL NEVER come again.

My wife and I recently dined at Charlie Gittos on the Hill. It was our 1st time there and they didn't disappoint us! The Atmosphere was great, the Service and food was Fantastic. We had a reservation at 6pm, got there a little earlier at 545 and were seated right away. Bread and water was immediately brought to our table. We were then greeted by Tim who was our server for the evening. He was very friendly, told us about the evenings specials snd some dishes that he would reccommend. My wife ordered the Egg Plant parm appitizer for her dinner and it was great. The dish came out hot and the portion size was more than enough for her. I ordered the Lobster Ravioli and it was outstanding. Great flavor and came out steaming hot. We also split a ceaser salad to go with our meal and it was very good. We ordered a bottle of wine from one of Tim's suggestion. The whole evening was fantastic and I highly Reccommend Charlie Gittos on the Hill. We will be going back soon. If you go, Ask for Tim the server, you won't be disappointed.

Very unhappy with our night here. Definitely not the kind of service we were expecting for a pricey restaurant.

Ok so this was my first time here, and I absolutely loved the atmosphere. Very cozy and welcoming. There is also an outside patio for dining, which is also super sexy. I opted to sit at the bar and order my meal. It was a nice cozy spot in the corner by the front door. A waiter suggested it when I walked in. I don't remember his name, but he is awesome because it was absolutely perfect. I was waited on by a super sexy bartender named Abby. Very welcoming and sharp. She was on the job.Moving on, I ordered the 14oz New York strip, seafood pasta, and the calamari. The calamari was the best I've EVER HAD. You have to try it. There are no small stingy pieces. All thick juicy cuts and battered to perfection. My steak was just "OK." I expected more from this place, but it just wasn't there. I grill a pretty damn good steak myself, so I'm hard on restaurants when it comes to steak. The pasta was also just "ok." The pasta noodles were overcooked, so it had that gooey sticky feel, and the sauce it was cooked in obviously wasn't made with high quality, rich ingredients. In closing, this is a classy, laid-back place. Perfect to bring a date. The service is sufficient and friendly. The food that I ordered in particular left me wanting and expecting more. Quality ingredients are a must when ppl can spend $130+ $30 tip for a meal, and that's just 1 person! The portion with the steak could've been better for that kind of money, for sure. Many restaurants post pandemic have taken shortcuts on quality ingredients and good portion sizes. Ppl don't mind paying for good food, and you actually feed them. It's so bad that it has kept me from going to higher class restaurants altogether because there is simply no value anymore.Parking: They have a couple of small parking lots. However, if you co.e when they're busy, you may have to part on the street.
